Fruit loop? What its your effing problem? I asked you a question because rather than wanting what's best for Coventry, you seem to seek vindication for CCC/Wasps actions. I'd like to think I'm rather impartial on the situation. But with you, it seems the impartiality is tempered by justification for CCC actions.

If people have released evidence that other parties are up to no good, then they're up to no good. Stop trying to discredit those who are giving cold hard evidence.

The commitment is an interesting point, as always it’ll hinge on word definition (yay!). The leaked council report states:

"It will include a requirement in agreements underpinning the sale that this option must exist for CCFC subject to it reaching a commercial agreement with ACL.”

Now it could be argued that CCFC and Wasps reached a commercial agreement, and therefore Wasps are in breach. Of course it can also be argued that the phrase “commercial terms” is just shorthand for “everything but the indemnity issue”, would be interesting to see the wording of that agreement.

Yeah doubt FOI would get anywhere. But a nice friendly council trying to show its support for CCFC might be willing to share? Can only ask. FOI also worth a shot.

I assume you get my point about both sides saying they agreed or were close to agreeing “commercial terms”, would be very interesting to see what exactly Wasps agreed to. Bit of a long shot as I doubt it’s clear enough, but what isn’t in this?

For someone who gets a hard ride on here,unjustified in my opinion, I think your response to Skyblueweeman was harsh. He asked a question and got a volley in return. It wasn’t a question that warranted such a bilious comeback.
He doesn’t need me to defend him but he is certainly not a poster with an agenda other than CCFC.
