I think I'll find it difficult to applaud him before the game, we're in "war mode", don't care who we're playing and who manages them, it's all about the three points. What reception will Mark Robins receive when we host Stoke on March 8th?
Personally, I'd like to think he'd get fantastic response from the city fans. He was here long enough, with some fabulous memories.
Great round of applause and cheers as he walks out onto the pitch area ahead of his new team, then let's get down to business!
Thoughts everyone?
It's a game of football not " war " he will receive a great reception for the job he did at the club.I think I'll find it difficult to applaud him before the game, we're in "war mode", don't care who we're playing and who manages them, it's all about the three points.
Hopefully, once the game has finished, he can have a walk around the ground where I will be duly applauding, hopefully with three points in the bag.
So far !Before the kick off I hope he is given the reception and platitudes he deserves.
Soon as the game starts I hope we put them to the sword
Still the manager who has given me more highs than any other manager in my 45-50 years of supporting my beloved club
Very much so. And I will be part of the fantastic reception he receives....when the final whistle has blown but, of course, do not begrudge anyone who chooses to show their appreciation for the fantastic work MR has done for us during a different time. It's a game of football not " war " he will receive a great reception for the job he did at the club.
Yeah, with this pic of Robins emblazoned upon them

That pic either says "defeated" or "constipated"
Because people build these things up and wind themsleves up on social media these daysWe ‘ll clap and sing him some songs. It’s fair enough…it wasn’t that long ago people were debating what his statue should be made of.
I don’t get the dislike of showing appreciation to our ex-‘heroes’. It feels like something that has always happened.
I think it could just be that!Because people build these things up and wind themsleves up on social media these days
No Robins/Lampard scarfs. We missed a trick before with Hamer/Ohare scarfsHalf and half Cov/Stoke shirt
There's no problem giving Robins a round of applause in front of Lampard. It's rare to see a manager stay at a club for so long and drag a club from oblivion with so much constantly going wrong.I hope it’s engineered to enable him to get that applause 10 mins before kick off with Frank not yet out.
If we win Stoke fans won’t want him doing a lap of honour and if we lose many fans will have gone, particularly with the farcical road closures.
if it was made known that Robins would come out 10 mins before the match to applaud the fans and be applauded by the fans most fans would get to their seat early to pay due respects. Those that can’t be torn away from the bar a few mins early aren’t bothered about him anyway.

When I saw him leaving after the game yesterday in the concourse we sang his songDid Fadz get a song yesterday out of interest? I like were a club that ex employees come back to. Always found booing some ex players a bit embarrassing. Not O’Hare though. That’s funny.
