This is an extremely likely scenario sadlyWe will come out the blocks fast and well up for it. A period of chance after chance being missed before conceding a scrappy goal. Fans lose their heads. Players booed off at half time and the second half becomes a damp squid.
Matters made worse the moment McFadzean comes on with a few minutes to go for his first minutes of the season and sees out a 1-0 Blackburn win. I can then sit back and watch everyone spend the next few days adamant that McFadzean should have stayed and would be starting every match.
Fine that’s your opinion mine is he’s not good enough for a side wanting to get promoted. one thing I didn't say was I hate him and I wouldn’t say that about any footballer !!Don’t understand the hate for Eccles. Seemingly improving on playing the ball up the pitch and always puts in a shift.
For me at the moment he’s the first name on the team sheet.
Didn’t say you do mate, just he gets a lot of heat for a player who is improving and giving his all to the course.Fine that’s your opinion mine is he’s not good enough for a side wanting to get promoted. one thing I didn't say was I hate him and I wouldn’t say that about any footballer !!
You're definitely seeing something I don't, your observation is way off, if only you could catch a glimpse of Eccles' brilliance, sight to behold...Time they locked you back up then I thought this was a grown up football sight not a childish sight to make pathetic comments
The system needed changed last season and then we went on that run Nov-Feb. Thing is we were only really bad last season in 2-3 games up until Nov (Preston, Rotherham, Cardiff). The system needs changing. It just isn't working.
Both wingers (regardless of who's been there) have been totally ineffective and left the full backs exposed.
Striker, far too isolated every time.
Rudoni, totally pointless him playing if he isn't getting on the ball.
Hyam doesn’t take cornersHyam to score from a corner
Thanks for your insightNot predicting anything , just don't know what to expect tbh
Turns out HMS Piss the League was, in fact, HMS Piss the Bed.Anyone remember optimism?
Was fabulous for the short time it lasted
Nowt wrong with the Isle of Wight Clint. I lived there for 8 years. I loved telling people that I lived overseas. When they asked where, and I said the IOW, they'd say that's not overseas! I would then reply, "You try walking there!"Hope you enjoyed your time on the Isle of Wight

And Wilson to come off the bench with the winner.Hyam to score from a corner
Simms was on his own, as he has been for every game. Same for Basette, when he played alone. It doesn't work. You need Wright on the left, to get near Simms..It was exactly the same last year, until Robins played, the 2 together, then it clicked. Play Assante on the right, Saka still recovering, physically and mentally. Those 3 scored over 50 goals, last year. More direct, those 3 would cause chaos
If our best side dosen't include Eccles I'm afraid for us this season.(noticed you missed out a Word)If our best side includes Eccles I’m afraid for us this season!!

It’s got to turn around at some point, hopefully It’s Tuesday, wev‘e not been that bad at home, we’re making enough chances to win every game, need to start putting a few away1-0 win…weirdly optimistic. Taking the wife and we usually lose when I do. But this is a nailed on win people.
Rubbish, we just need a win - don't care how we get it and if we finish with 6 points from two home games before the next break things are looking a lot more rosy and a sense of normality can kick inThose optimistic people out there , please look at the Leeds performance.
We alarmingly are going in the opposite direction, that we all hoped we would be .
Forget the cup game , the very lucky win & half a game at Watford , as we’ve been dire & even IF we show up on Tuesday night , this would be papering over some massive cracks , as , as a team we have no football structure anymore !
I’m at a loss as to the seeming growing problem & worry what Doug’s next move might be .

How many chances did we create against Norwich & Swansea ,I can't remember too many. It’s got to turn around at some point, hopefully It’s Tuesday, wev‘e not been that bad at home, we’re making enough chances to win every game, need to start putting a few away
Beyond a few players I don’t see that fight in this group. Maybe they just don’t give a shit that they’re putting the manager ever closer to the sack with their weak performances.funnily enough even though we are desperate to stop the rot i don’t care as much about the result as i do the performance.
If we lose but show some fight i’d prefer that than the same whimpering shite we showed against leeds and scraping a win
