There was some turgid stuff at the start of last season. We desperately need to spend some money on the midfield in January though.Wins a win, but that wasn't a good performance.
It was a bit shit but just what we needed. Had a horrible feel of Huddersfield again at the end but thankfully not.It was disjointed and we looked more like the away side doing a smash and grab than the home side. But new team needs wins to breed confidence and cohesion so I’ll take it all day long. Limp through Norwich then hopefully we’ve got a few key players back and the season can actually start.

Why he didn’t run it into the corner I do not know. Some of his decisions are very bizarre! If we would have conceded after that it would have 100% been his fault. Awful shot too
