There was a plan. The players didn’t follow it. That’s what Robins said. We didn’t use the space out wide, we wasted possession with bad decisions, we didn’t move the ball quick enough or move them around off the ball.
Nah we will - we’ve got an extra gear that Robins has got to find.Don’t think we’ll finish above derby
Plymouth probably fair
I mean they could have had us all fooled on tonight's showingSure but as I know you're not thick as mince you are aware we are a 2nd tier championship outfit not the canley social club
No Eccles next game either, so something has to change, but probably not for the better.
I imagine joel will move into midfield ..
Me personally
Because Eccles is the best midfielder in the world? No Eccles next game either, so something has to change, but probably not for the better.
All fair comments apart fromNah we will - we’ve got an extra gear that Robins has got to find.
Derby are managed by Paul Warne who is limited at this level. They’ll pick up points and stay up but we’ll get more.
Oxford are sliding down the table aswell since their good start. We’ll finish above them aswell.
He's currently the only midfielder playing at 110%Because Eccles is the best midfielder in the world?
Because Eccles is the best midfielder in the world?
What sport?Their keeper is a swedish international
All fair comments apart from
a limited Paul warne who tactically out thought our manager?
Interesting
That’s becauseWe had more attempts on goal, more possession, more corners, twice the amount of passes, more completed crosses and a higher XG than Derby and we lost 2-1. Go figure
And has regularly struggled against Robins. Robins tactically outthought Enzo Maresca doesn’t make him a better managerAll fair comments apart from

Those two wins and the 3 game unbeaten streak, have earned him more time as far as I am concerned.Surely if the plan isn't working, then things get changed. There wasn't much coming from the bench tonight. I know you've nailed your colours to the mast, wrt Robins, and we all love him for what he's done. He'll always be a legend. It's time for someone else to come in now surely. He's taken us as far as he can now.
Appreciate that pass back played perfectly in derby’s handsI think you're giving Warne too much credit
We just need to top talking like this and focus on what the squad needs in January because it's clearly not balanced and is lacking a couple of playersThose two wins and the 3 game unbeaten streak, have earned him more time as far as I am concerned.
Tonight was a disaster, but it all came down to an awful mistake and a heavy deflection.
He deserves more time. He's earned it.
As I said earlier, I think that without that Rudoni suicide pass and gift, we would have gone on to win that game.
Yeah fair enoughAnd has regularly struggled against Robins. Robins tactically outthought Enzo Maresca doesn’t make him a better manager
His kicking was atrocious. The most annoying thing was, he notably shanked two kicks, one we just about defended the resulting fortunate attack and the other Rudoni provided an assist for Yates' goal.Their keeper is a swedish international

however we have to be better at breaking teams down
We are constantly giving away crap goalsSure , but their 2 goals were like a gift from the gods
I agreeWe are constantly giving away crap goals

And this is what I agree with. We’re fine against teams who open up.Yeah fair enough
He has to find or develop a style that can penetrate quicker against teams who just sit in against us
Definitely. We have to do some decent dealing in the Jan windowWe just need to top talking like this and focus on what the squad needs in January because it's clearly not balanced and is lacking a couple of players
I agreeI maintain an experienced CM and an experienced CB transform this side. Just crying out for some steel and leadership on the pitch.
Apparently the coaches with the ipads told Robins it was definitely offside according to Robins himself, thank goodness we have these sophisticated technicians in the dug out. Get out in the technical area and coach for fucks sake!It looked off from where I was sitting, linesman was miles behind play having a nice cup of coffee.

Is that where we will find the extra gear?Definitely. We have to do some decent dealing in the Jan window

We're not even getting draws, Hull and QPR last season, Swansea, Sheff Wed, Norwich and tonight we should be walking off with a point at least to build on. We're too sloppy and unprofessionalWe’ve lost 8 out of our last 11 home games
Mario Kart really really made me smile againDid Vik lose it at Brighton and Swansea?
It’s a factor of leadership. People are different depending on the situation. Look how many players have gone world beater to carpet beater since leaving a good Robins side. Without leadership your team is at the mercy of emotions and how the game is going and if MvE won on Mario Kart last night. With it they’re focused. Some teams lead themselves but not many.
Honestly on current form I’d drop Sheaf (clean up on aisle EarlsdonSkyBlue) for that CM. Toss up for the defenders but given mobility and everything it would probably be Thomas at CB who loses out. Unless he moves to the right side.
As much as you don't like thomas , without the lad we'd be like that meme where the security guard is searching people without a care in the world.
