Torp should not be on the bench
Rudoni watches the play too much
Saka is too weak against a lump of a side as they're playing to their strengths
We are worse than League Two on our own throw-ins and movement from them and have been all season
Massively missing Simms
Feeling sorry for Thomas when he's trying to drive forward as limited options available to him

A very easy fix imo....

Torp and Da Silva on
Saka and Rudoni off

Rudoni is left footed, but he shouldn't be there
Sorry I meant Left footed. I assume thats the only reason Robins plays him there because he is fertai ly no defender

My piss is starting to boil watching this. Because we're so piss weak and gift goals away we allow these shite teams something to hang on to and they cheat and roll around and slow things down all game and it makes me want to gauge my eyes out.

I seriously need to start doing requestabets for mentions of "stops and checks" in Cov games.

Grim viewing. Lowest quality game from either team for a good while.

Rudoni needs docking a week's wages for that back-pass. Criminal

You can’t believe the dross that we have mostly been served up this season & even IF we are fortunate enough to beat these total League one shite footballers , that 45 minutes must go down as the worst for seasons .
No game plan again , just lumping hopeful balls into the box , time & time again awful

Fucksake , its hard not to think we were sold some bang average players this Summer!
BTE = Headless chicken most games

We win a throw in a decent position after Binks is high up the pitch

We slow play down and waste it! Might as well book us for time wasting 🤣
He may as well stay there, they're letting us come half way before trying to tackle us.

Terrible half

We may have won 2 on trot and seen improved performance but the fuck your polls posters still need to realise we don't play good attacking football.

I don't wanna be just solid and efficient anymore. I want to attack.
Can’t have your cake and eat it?

I'd bring da Silva on for saka and put rudoni at 10

If someone is booked for time wasting, it is because it is persistent. Ref had had a word with them earlier. At least 4 minutes i would have thought.

Very disappointing, but you can see where it has all gone wrong.

The match was very bitty and scrappy at first, from both sides. Derby have been very organised.

The mistake changed everything. Such a daft goal to give away and now Derby are defending in great numbers and challenging us to try and break them down and then hit us on the break.

The game plan suffered as soon as the goal went in.

Plus you add to that, Saka looks completely lost out there. Add in some dreadful passing (has BTA found another City player with any pass?)

It's clear where it's going wrong. Torp is carrying a knock, so you can see why we tried Saka, but it's not working and I think we have to bring Torp on.

We are also far too slow in our build up play.

That gift of a goal was so annoying

Well that was absolute garbage. Two poor teams and one wants it more. Why did we start off (and continue) at such a slow pace? No progression, no creativity.
Van Erwijk gets beaten so easily when he presses. Thomas standing on the ball rather than getting it forward. Binks is the only one looking to break the lines.
Unfortunately, Sakamoto looks totally lost behind the front two. I think we need Torp on at HT.
I don't think the pitch is helping either. The ball is moving so slowly across it.

Sakamoto is a round peg in a square hole at number 10, we know he’s a very good winger but he’s on a hiding to nothing at 10, and there’s no where else he can play in this system. I’d rather us play Torp, or even EMC there.

Our off the ball movement has been horrible since the first minute and no point dropping aimless crosses in against these, they’ve got 8 players in the box and dealing with almost everything in the air.

Can only remember 3 things so far. The goal after the shocking pass from Rudoni, Thomas doing well and I think my eyesight is failing because when the players came on I thought the Derby shirt sponsor was PornHub 😆

Sako ineffective in the middle. Put him out wide. Wright not being fed. Torp needs to come on.Overall an abject performance. It's as though we are drugged up on sleeping pills. I would give a dressing down to them in the changing room. Derby are absolutely rubbish. To lose this would be criminal. Expect an agressive response second half and 2 or 3 goals. The question is how are we so passive after a great performance at Middlesbro'?

“the tolerance”

This is why people hate refs FYI

Explain?

The level of tolerance for anything is different for everybody. If the reason is for consistency then people don't understand subjectivity and should argue for everything to be done completely by VAR and have objective decisions.

I wouldn’t be suprised if we still win as Derby look like they will just keep retreating but we are a pretty poor side

Just came on to say this! Yates was down for more than 2 minutes on his own. Why do they always get it so wrong?!
I’ve said it before but twice since we’ve been back in this league they’ve started the season adding a realistic amount of time on them just give up about a third of the way through.
