2024/25 League 1 Champs?

had it not been for the stupid goal conceded just before half time we’ve played these off the pitch and have kept them, in the main, to long shots and half chances

In my opinion we are definitely tightening up at the back and looking more confident and fluid going forwards, just a case of ironing out a few mistakes and speeding up the play a little, but I’ve been encouraged so far

having said that, 7 minutes just gone up so let’s see, squeaky bum time

Shows the confidence in the squad at the moment that we’re trying to cling on and see out this lead rather than go for another to seal.

2 wins and a draw from his first 4 games, not the worst start for Frank.

Especially as we nearly never win at West Brom, and Hull have won 4 and drawn 1 of their last 5 visits here.

Still plenty of room for improvement though.

Extremely uncomfortable last 10 but good game management.

Not getting 3 points here would have been a disaster so pleased we have.

not the most fluid and hope to see more improvement against better opposition.

Mason Clarke did very well second half.

It's a good start tbh , 50% win ratio and whilst a bit boring at times relatively solid

A poor game between a poor team and an even worse one. We were deserved winner but anything less than 3 points would have been a disaster. Mason Clarke our best player, Rudoni had a good second half and Thomas did well for the most part. Lots of work still to be done.
