Delighted with the win, was convinced we would lose this one. Really scrappy , dirty, mistake filled stuff but it reminded me a bit of football in the old days with a lot of long balls and physical tussles. We benefited hugely from Luton being dead on their feet in that second half. Some comical attempts at finishing at times but thanks to a moment of class from Torp and the other goals my beer will taste somewhat better tonight 🍻

Don't worry guys. We'll win 3-2. It's fine.

I’ve been critical of Robins but that was a very good performance and thoroughly deserved the win. Soft moments at the back at times still but a great game and a brilliant comeback. You can see they played for MR today. Let’s hope this is a turning point.

Infection in one of my prosthetic knees means I'm grounded for a while.
Give them a shout for me guys.
Quick glance & thought you meant Eccles !!
I think today will test how much character our fans have? Have they got the strength of character required? Can they dig deep, give it their all for 90 minutes? Will they just roll over and capitulate if Luton scored first?

Last few seasons we have had it easy. Time to show some real backbone and stick with the team. Don't wait for the team to spark us in the stands. We need to spark the team!

I’m expecting it to get toxic in there if it quickly goes 0-1, 0-2.
I th
miserable c**t
You need help or go & support someone else. At 0-2 we were better team.

Safe to say I was probably wrong about kitching up to this point atleast .

I really think there is something there , he's got all the attributes to be a good defender apart from his brain 🧠

there is something there, maybe a maturity thing, but some time on the side may do him good - he’s cost us too much when he’s played, and that’s not inspiring for those around him either

Really enjoyed that second half. I thought we were the better team throughout but it always feels like we have a mistake in us that could undermine all the good play. The second half team should play the next few games. I think players like Simms and Torp need to play themselves into consistent top form and we need to be a bit patient while they do. I loved how the players came over to Singers’ Corner to celebrate the winning goal. That togetherness feels like its been missing of late and it’s good to see signs of it being back. Well played everyone. Special mentions to Haji, our best quality player by a country mile and Eccles, who i think works so hard and does the stuff that enables others to look up and play.

Not saying Kitching is any world beater. But he’s better defensively than Binks
If Kitching does come in, it would imo be for Thomas in the centre.

I wouldn’t want him to be but imo he can’t play the binks role as he lacks the drive on the ball. With a back three you need cbs who can act as fullbacks to drive the team up.

Don’t think Kitching can do it. But would love to be proven wrong by any of the lads.

That was a full 90 minute performance today, like we were used to previously. Unlucky to be down at ht, but no lack of fight and guts, and could have been 2 up before the obligatory Madley penalty against us!! That bloke always has to be centre of attention.
Luton should have been down to 9, how Morris gets away with all his shit amazes me and refs allow it, but they all dropped like stones in tackles or challenges, so glad they fucked off home with nothing.

I thought the ref was very good. Above championship level.

Yes, but the Oxford result papered over the cracks until the Blackburn game.

Today is a great result, I'm genuinely delighted as I've got a Luton "supporting" mate. However, we need to start stringing results together, not win every 4+ league games.
The Oxford game was hardly papering over cracks, we had battered them for the second half like today

Haji Wright is our class player. Enjoy while we got him.

Rudoni needed to be dropped. Let's see how Simms and Wright play together they haven't had much chance this season. I fancy us to win today
As I thought, we are a better team when Simms and Wright play together, really fancied us today but didn't think we would win it dramatically as we did. Let's hope this makes the players believe more in themselves and go into games with more confidence.

Gutted I missed it as mini TGP had a match this morning and then had to take my daughter to a party, but plenty of celebrating the third goal. So missed Leicester last year and this today whilst seeing some crap in the middle.
