Well he is. Binks gave Luton their only chance in the second half.

Binks gave us so much going forward. He attacks space in front of him better than our midfield players and then plays a good ball at the end of it. On the whole he was good defensively too

I could not fault anyone in the side today. They rolled up their sleeves and gave it their all. Even when it didnt go to plan and we were two nil down they kept going. We were far the better side today and deserved the win.

Buzzing after today, but you say you can't find fault, I slightly disagree.
I think Saka cost us 2 goals, albeit playing in an unfamiliar role, but that needs looking at.
Otherwise, great performance and showed real bollocks and quality to turn it round.

Certainly the penalty was a rash needless challenge.

But in fairness to Luton, the penalty came from a defence splitting pass into our box and the same with the second. Those two passes were probably the best passes all game.

Didn't you think Saka otherwise was part of the team improvement, especially in the first half. MVE played well and I think he and Saka link really well.

Also Rudoni didn't he change the game and might be worth persisting with at LWB and a better option than Kitching

Just looking at the xG. 1.53 of the xG was was Wright winner - 0.02 Simms nodding it back towards goal, Wrights first touch 0.55, which was then touched by their defender, before Wright bundled it into the box 0.96.

Just interesting, especially the wright bit that it's classed as 2 chances.

Went to the game with much less enthusiasm than usual given recent performances, but…

Thought we started really well, with Simms and Wright looking very good.
We could have been 2 up before the penalty and seemed to be well in control before their second. Couldn’t really believe we were 2 down at half time.

Great comeback in the second half and great that there was no (noticeable) negativity from the crowd.

We so deserved the win and hopefully it’ll give us a real confidence boost.
Only usually get negativity from the crowd when we are playing shite, today they scored twice against the run of play but we never gave up so if that continues the major majority will continue to support, really loud rendition of there's only 1 mark Robins too

The game is being replayed on Sky now. Bizarrely Kitching doesn't have a bad half!
Its almost as if he is currently the teams scapegoat.
He played perfectly fine in the first half, he did the job he was asked to do which was to limit their attacks down that side. It was clear after going 0-2
down and how well we were playing, that we could afford to gamble on losing that defensiveness on that wing and put on Rudoni, who then changed the game (alongside torp too) when he came on.

I am really proud of that team today. From the get go they really showed they were up for it and the performance regardless of the 2 goals conceded was the best of the season. As soon as we got that first goal the belief amongst them (and the fans) was evident, i thought after getting it to 2-2 they would maybe set up shop but they kept going and absolutely deserved the 3 points, the win and the adulation of the crowd there.

If you could write a script for how the game should play out to shut up the doubters and the noise. This would be it.

Also, when the talk this season has been about lacking leaders - Lati.
He isnt his strongest on the ball, but he played very well in defence today, and after he stood up infront of fans last weekend, as he was doing his rounds today at the final whistle, you could see how much it meant to him.

Bonkers to think that xG reckons that 4 times in 100 Wright misses when the ball is already on the line 😂

Hes thrown the towel in

You and a few others here should put your phones down during the game and actually watch it. Didnt post a single comment on here during the second half of the game as it started to turn around. Guess you’d ran out of energy after wanking yourself off furiously during the first half when luton scored.

Missed a great performance today. Not always top quality but eleven players who looked like they gave a shit and bullied a big Luton side.

You should take her again next week.

Im pleased to hear. I know people will say I'm not, but I am. Just cautious. Weve been here v Oxford and Blackburn and turned shite again

We need to go on an unbeaten run now to show a corners been turned

The performance was 100x better than both the oxford and blackburn games.
They looked to be and ultimately were paper over cracks wins.
This one looked and felt different. Time will tell but if we play like that we’ll win way more than we lose.
