nah, he's not going to take it unless it's somewhere he can be successful. If he leaves and fails again he's effectively killed his chance of being a top flight manager again. He's too smart for that and the only reason he bailed on Derby so early was because it was Chelsea that came calling.Depending on exactly how the season finishes I'd be surprised if Lampard is still here, I strongly suspect he'll get an opportunity in the top flight if we aren't promoted.
Chelsea might well do so given how Enzo has flapped the season.nah, he's not going to take it unless it's somewhere he can be successful. Perhaps, I just look at his career so far and it consists of a strong first season followed by struggles in the second. It’d too soon for him imo. He’s got a good thing going here and deep down, he probably regrets leaving Derby prematurely where he could’ve built something great.
He needs to rebuild his reputation and a promotion with us is the start of this. If he can get us up and keep us up like Howe did for Bournemouth, he’ll be taken a lot more seriously by Prem teams. Otherwise, he risks going back into the managerial merry-go-round.
I'd be surprised if he wasn't with us whatever happens.Depending on exactly how the season finishes I'd be surprised if Lampard is still here, I strongly suspect he'll get an opportunity in the top flight if we aren't promoted.
I wouldn't expect a club to sack their manager specifically to hire him (wait what), but there's always managerial opportunities coming up and while his stock's higher, who knows.I'd be surprised if he wasn't with us whatever happens.
He didn't have an easy job with his precious posts. But he didn't achieve anything that would make a better Prem side sack their manager for and take him on. I don't think he would leave what he has going with us for a bottom Prem side. He has an excellent chance of being a success with us.

Or he has only been able to go so far on what he has been given.Perhaps, I just look at his career so far and it consists of a strong first season followed by struggles in the second.
nah, he's not going to Chelsea next year a) not after his last spell - he'll need to be further removed from that and b) chelsea are unlikely to replace Enzo who they picked up from the championship with another championship manager even if that manager is a chelsea legend and they are far more likely to go superstar manager if they need a new managerChelsea might well do so given how Enzo has flapped the season.
To be fair, he harshly treated at Chelsea first time around, they were top at Xmas and after they wobbled they dumped him for Tuchel. He was used by Chelsea.
With Everton, it’s a tough one because even Dyche struggled after a while and it’s taken a club legend in David Moyes to get Everton moving in the right direction.
Lampard is well poised to do some top work with us and building his reputation back up. Ipswich struggling this season has done McKenna’s reputation no harm.
We said similar about Wilder in the Championship after his Watford and Middlesbrough and now he looks like he’s about to manage in the PL again after being labeller ‘finished’. I’d back Dyche to get back again it just takes the right club, can see Burnley bringing him ‘home’Everton was a poor career move by FL. It was never going to work. Always difficult going into a club that's on a downward trajectory. Robins can currently attest to that.
Dyche did OK initially but obviously it all fell apart this season. His tactics are from a time gone by though and the game has massively passed him by. I'd be surprised if he got another PL job to be honest.
