We lack leadership all over the pitch. Getting rid of Kelly, Fadz and Godden removed an experienced spine. I’m not saying we should have kept them but we could have done with bringing in some experienced players in the summer

Yup. That's it in a nutshell. For whatever reason, this squad is just not functioning. I can't see changing the manager is going to make any difference.

If the balance is all wrong, it needs more movement in a transfer window and we don't have that option now until January.

We just seem to be disjointed.

We've been shit the entire time we've played that that place but the people still made an effort. It was louder with 6000 in League 2.
