Good to see Wimbledon have had their onloan left back stolen by Charlton today. He's been ever present and looked good down at their place.

If we score in the first few minutes then 4-0 City win, if not then 2-0 City win. Bright to start and have a great game.

1-2.

Think Wimbledon will be very physical and disruptive and we may well struggle today.

3-0 city if Kelly is back. Hope the hospital wifi is good enough for ifollow or I'm gonna be in a right grump.
Is it free over there? Hopefully nothing too serious!!

Robins said last week that Kelly was just a bit under the weather so put him and the new lad from wolves on the left and get at them

They are going to want the ball in the air, pace and to feet and they will struggle.

They will be fine then, cos surely we will be putting the ball in the air for Chaplin's flick-on's.

I had a dream last night that we played Sunderland and we took the lead through a city supporter who won a place in the starting 11 in a raffle, (header from a corner).
Ultimately, we lost 1-2. Hope its not an omen.

If that was your dream, I dread to think what your nightmares must be like!

ACL replacement, some cartilage repair and then they broke my leg to straighten some curvature that had developed because of the previous injuries. Basically they cut through 3/4s of my shin bone, straightened the leg and then screwed in a bone graft from my hip into the gap the straightening left and finally holding it in place with a metal plate.

Not gonna pretend it doesn't hurt!

Back playing again next week?

Will it prevent pain when you get a bit older?

That's the idea yeah. Would have needed a full knee replacement in 15 years otherwise together with arthritis in it.
Wife and daughter visiting today. Will be a race against time to get them out before kick off. Will feign drowsiness from the painkillers if I have to!

You been using moulds instead of studs on the bloody modern part synthetic pitch!

Let’s hope for a convincing win to ease the pain.

I will check when the teams when they are announced and see if there's a Damien Thorn in the line-up anywhere.
