He’s not very good but you said he wouldn’t have done what Godden did to set up Allen’s chance when he did something identical last week to set up O’Hare’s goal. Not sure what part of that you don’t get
So he’s done something then in how many minutes of football ??

Shrewsbury look a tough test next game. They don’t score many nor concede many (19, two less than us) and kept out free scoring Oxford today. Going nicely under Ricketts
Never ever miss the opportunity to say 'with' instead of under whenever you are talking about their manager.

On a side note did anyone see the huge, scruffy fat couple with a new born baby in corporate today? The baby was underdressed and crying and the double takes they got.
Why no matter how desperate you are to see a game should you take a new born baby to a match especially under dressed. Poor mite must of been freezing.

Good point today but what's pissing me off is according to BBC stats, for the second game in a row Ipswich have had 1 shot on target and scored from it again.

Decent result in the end, albeit I can’t stop replying the Allen chance at the end and the difference that would have made. Although objectively a draw is fair, we looked completely outclassed first half and I was genuinely worried we were going to be on the end of a thumping, but second half we looked the superior team.

Baka haters are quieter than usual and rightly so - he had a good game today, even in the first half he made more of an impact than Biamou. Second half his first touch and link play was very good, however he let himself down with a shot on his favoured foot. But ultimately his confidence visually grew and subsequently his performance did too.

Westbrooke had a poor game; he was anonymous first half and second half he was out of his depth at 10. He’s still a very good player though, just not suited to 10 and had a bad day at the races.

I thought Ipswich were quite a niggly team off the ball and either the McCallum incident or the Elbow should have been punished.

Ipswich are a very good side and second half we made then look very ordinary, we should be pleased with the result overall, even if slightly disappointed.

Agree with you on Westbrook as he didnt influence the game at all. Dabo excellent!

cant help but think that mason would be great asset going forward but we lose height advantage in a small side.

bakayoko was totally out of his depth. I agree he got better but could he have been any worse? Simply is not good enough at pro level.

There were multiple players worse than Bakayoko yesterday.

Thought we were shocking first half, formation change made the difference and a tempo with the ball moving it quicker, enjoyed it as a decent game, would have been an amazing finish had Allen put away that late chance but a draw was probably a fair result based on their first half chances.

They should really have had 2 more, that cross for the header and the one they put across and the player should have tapped it in.

I like Mason, always have, and I think he’s a better option than McCallum overall. Saying that, I actually thought McCallum was the only one to come out with any credit in the first half and looks increasingly assured on the ball.

I don’t agree with Bakayoko. I’m a big Biamou fan, but Bakayoko was the stronger of the two first half yesterday. Second half Bakayoko played well, and not just in context of Bakayoko, but he genuinely looked a threat; he wanted the ball, he linked play well and did a good defensive shift too. He’s so so desperate for confidence and to be liked, there was a moment second half where he came to put a drink on the side where the fans were and he didn’t even want to look up as he was worried about the reception he might get, but as soon as we started clapping he visually grew in confidence. He’s not going to be a goal scorer but he has attributes and at times looks like he can use them; he just needs to put it all together and, ideally, learn to score.

Right I don’t mean to be negative at all and I’m happier than anyone that we are playing will but he didn’t switch it up by choice did he? Yet again it’s forced by an injury. The only time he changes it is because he’s forced to and that is his biggest shortfall
Not true. Lots of examples of where he has changed things without injuries.Fleetwood game a few weeks ago being just one instance. He also said after the game that that change was coming at half time anyway.

Don't forget, these players were in the Championship last season, and in the 2nd half we took it to them and made them look ordinary.
We have one of the youngest sides in this league, and are doing pretty well, and with players coming back I reckon we're going to there or thereabouts come May.
Sorry for being quite sensible this morning, but some of you need to lighten up on our team ffs

Overall we played well again especially second half, what became apparent is once Hyam went off injured we resorted to 4-4-2 got hold of midfield bossed the second half and should have won, Godden coming back a bonus too, for me I’d have him and O’Hare up front with O’Hare mobile and buzzing about keeping the central defenders busy. But assessing things we have played a number of the top teams the last couple of months and apart from Rotherham we have more than held our own and had we had half decent strikers we’d have won most those games.

And that right there is the reason it is so ridiculous to boo or moan at your own players. It has to knock their confidence, which is likely to affect their performances for the worse, and that has a negative effect on the team that we all support. Madness.

How dressed up do you expect a baby to be in corporate ?, tell me he was at least wearing a tie ? Might be one to bring up at the next supporters meeting. See if it can go after an update on the font size in the programme :)

Who knows who they were, for all we know, they could have been prospective buyers, let’s not be too quick to judge

Fortunately it’s not true. I can remember Marosi making at least one very good save.

That's dreadful that he seems to feel like that but I'm not surprised he does.

It wasn't mentioned here but he did another one of those superb flicks for Biamou when the latter put the ball across the area in the second half.

I think he's playing well, working hard within the system and has improved, he isn't getting caught offside so much. He's still got a long way to go but think he'll do better with support.
