A bit of that definitely goes on down there on a busy weekend night. I never win enough to afford much more than an overpriced Amstel and a sausage roll. You must get the munters.
Tesco don't have steep stands made of concrete that are slippy at the best of timesWhat happens if one of the thousands slip in Tesco on the slippier surface?
Sure it would be more than that for a classic car?Think that's for the Escort as well.
They will have more through their doors at the Ricoh today.
Lincoln police confirmed roads were fine.
No fans travellingOr the 187 miles from Grimsby to Carlisle.
Can't imagine the snow is very good up there.
Kokak today! At the very least Nick gets to be Miss Marple for the day.
The suggestion being that the game was on and they had no reason to think otherwise clever manI think your player contact should look out their window or watch the weather news!
Probably tucking into a free banquet. There is still a lincoln coach on the car.park by the ground? Is that players?
If the pitch is playable and both teams and officials can make it to the ground then play the game. But people are travel from all over. How many of our fans live in cv6? It goes back to if cv6 is fine, everywhere is fine therefore its safe to travel.
I'm leaving you to it, neither of us are gaining anything by this. They aren't going to suddenly change the decision because people aren't happy.

Where there's a will there's away.
But we say we couldn't get a bit of snow out of a stand?
you say that in jest but:
looks as though Nick is up there looking for clues!
Millwall v Sunderland and all the fans travelling there? Stoke Southampton, Bournemouth Leicester?Game is off, there is no conspiracy theory. If someone slipped and hurt themselves the club would be liable, naturally they want to avoid that. Stop crying about it, it's the same for 19 other clubs in this league.
Madness how Carlisle can still be on, fans driving from Grimsby to there.
That was Robert Palmer! B-)you say that in jest but:
looks as though Nick is up there looking for clues!
They'll still be mad if it starts lateIt is okay though and lucky that the Millwall v Sunderland local London derby is on.
All Sunderland fans need to do is just cross the street and they're there.
No Cars Go !!No fans travelling
HahaWeird how they posted this, then deleted it to post about it being due to the roads then deleted that one.

People seem to just dismiss this as if their fans don't have any travelling to do whatsoever.
Haha
Hettie Wainthrop, or maybe Vera !!
Yes, but yesterday they were really confident we would be on. The temperature has risen and all we have had is snow which can easily be removed. And that's the decision of those clubs/police forces. The relevant authorities have decided it's safer not to play our game, the exact same decision that's been made at Villa, Wolverhampton, etc.
More the general concept that decisions are being made on our behalf.
If people want to risk travel, then they should, it's not down to CCFC, Lincoln or the Ricoh or take that decision away from people.
Hmmm... Sunderland to Millwall is 279 miles and a 4 hrs 45 minute journey.
Would love to know all the underground tunnels they are using.
We should definitely have been able to get the game on today. The pics from inside the stadium show little or no problem at all and the journey down would have been fine.
If they had asked the fans to help this morning we could have had it all cleared and okay to play.I’m afraid this is just nonsense.
Let’s dispel one myth. This will have nothing to do with Lincoln. They cannot influence this decision.
The ground and stands were cleared yesterday. Then we had the most snowfall all week accumulated in around 4 hours from 3.
So there was work needed to be done today and the stands were not safe at the point of inspection.
Given there was an unusually large amount of away fans coming that became a factor. If there was any doubt at all it had to be called off to avoid unnecessary travel.
I don’t know why your showing distances fans travel today as you are missing the point. The point would be if millwall fans turned up and found there was an inspection at 2 and it was called off - would that be acceptable?
If they had asked the fans to help this morning we could have had it all cleared and okay to play.
If Carlisle could do it why couldn't we?
I know a lot of games have been called off, but they were nearly all called off yesterday and the conditions were much worse in many parts of the country than here.
The temperature has risen today and was predicted to rise. All we have had is a fair bit of snow. The game could have gone ahead with a bit of effort I'm sure.
It needed more bodies. Fans I am sure would have gone along to help. They were working on it from 6.30 this morning.
