Hi everyone! My name is Lara and I'm doing a Master in Football Business.

Other Coventry fans have helped me a lot already!

I'm doing an academic research to understand how Coventry fans feel the Club has dealt with COVID-19 and the current sentiment they have towards it.

Agree. One typo in an e-mail/letter immediately devalues the content for me; it shouldn't do, but I always subconsciously 'judge' the sender. Similarly, I hate it when I send a txt and find that predictive txt, or my sausage fingers have created an error.
