I'm hoping their current slump and the non-coup of landing Gerrard, which would have had the press creaming all over them, will leave them floundering and we turn them over. Enforced changes by us will lead to renewed vigar with points to prove.

0-2 to us.

If we can't beat mk dons who are in freefall then we may as well give up. 4 losses in a row would be completely unacceptable.

Must win game. Hopefully by 4:50 we will all be celebrating tomorrow. I'm hoping the improved second half v Bolton will give the team confidence but we need strikers to start hitting the back of the net.

We need a dodgy ref or a lucky goal.

While I'd love to win with world class 30 yarders I can't see it, just anything that puts the ball in their net.

I take City to win, but I'll be watching Newport (IW) v Horndean in the Wessex League. (Not so far for me to travel!) ;)

How people can advocate playing McBean ahead of Tudguy is beyond me....Tudguy streets ahead of him as player.
If we play 4-4-2 they may be ok together up top though with Sordell out. Despite having seven strikers in reality with the exception of Sordell difficult to justify anyones inclusion though tbh which sums up TM recruitment really! :(

Chances are this will be my last game for goodness know how long, so it bloody well better be a good one.

Lets hope for a reaction from the players and a nice 3-1 win. Hopefully an early goal to stop the crowd getting on the players backs.

Give McBean a go, but ideally have a chat with Eaden before setting up the team and ask him the simple question "where do you play him in the reserves where he's been finding the net" rather than playing him in an unfamiliar position. Just a thought :D
I'd give McBean a go at right back in place of Sterry.

Has anyone advocating 4 4 2 seen us play that formation this season?

I haven't seen us play it well.

Really not looking forward to today, I'm going out of habit and have even allowed my girlfriend to talk me into leaving early so we can go to a viewing.

Grim times.
