Unfortunately, this testimonial 4-2 reversal with Ross County at Dingwall was the last CCFC match I attended
- I used to live near Inverness, but then moved to Portugal. I think there were 3 Sky Blues supporters that day. All I can remember is a thunderbolt into the roof of the net from about 30 metres by Trond Egil Soltvedt and a blistering sprint down the middle of the park by George Boateng, just before he was subbed. Noel Whelan ran around like a headless chicken for most of the match and skipper Gary McAllister made a successful comeback from a serious injury. Happy days! Did anyone else see it?
