very suprised pressley came out on cwr and said one individual badly let the team down, not really his style, is the behind the scene nonsense starting to have an effect ?

If it was Moussa Pressley was pointing a finger at and it looks like it was I hope Moussa doesn't take it too badly,as we all know how touchy some players can be. We can't afford ill feeling in the dressing room, and so it should be closed quickly and put to bed.

Think this January window will tell us a lot about the club and where we are heading. If it's true about Leon, what stance will the club take(I hate to say it, but we've had heroes come and go before - and we'll have them again ....Dublin, Huckerby, McGoldrick..... I remember being gutted when Dennis Mortimer went to Villa and Sexton's young team started breaking apart....players come and go). What is more important, is how our owners (spit) react and what they can do to support SP, before frustration kicks in. We might soon be grateful that we have accrued the points we already have if Leon goes and we get an inadequate replacement? Also await the influx of posts - if you had supported the team at Sixfields, we might have been able to get someone decent/keep him etc (hmmmm?!)

If it's true, the club need to let him go. You don't want players that don't want to be here, plus he's got a reputation of being quite moody. That's not great when you have a young impressionable squad.

It's common knowledge due to the availability of court listing it would be a minimum of 6 months before JR was heard.

Results like Crawley are really frustrating because those extra 2 points would have had us in touching distance. We have to forget the 10 point deduction and just get on with it. At a time like this it is worth remembering with those 10 points we would be in a play off position.

The reality is we are having a fantastic season on the pitch. We could still reach the plays offs.

But here is the rub. We have a small squad and only seem to be able to sign free players or loans. To me that means we are making emergency repairs rather than building on what we have and getting in 3 quality players and really go for promotion.

Promotion would pay for those three players. It suggests SISU really are broke and can't actually fund a new stadium or even buy the Ricoh in the current market. They are limping along just trying to buy time.

When they took over the club they weren't mega flush and that was when they were flying. They have had some lean business years since then.

I agree with your comments. SISU are a sinking ship and like a drowning man holding on for dear life. They have no intention of building a new ground it's all soundbite.I've never liked these short term loans, players are here for a little while and then back to where they came from.we need long term players to strengthen the team, that's how sides prosper and move on. I like what Pressley is doing but he needs to strengthen the defence as it is leaky and fragile. He has the makings of a top six team but needs some quality added if they are serious of getting out this division.
