But so were all the ramps etc, it’s why we’ve got 130 after 26 overs. Under Silverwood we’d have been grinding it out, Aussies would have fielders all round the bat and we’d probably be 65 for 5. It’s frustrating but got to take the rough with the smooth

You could see the thought process behind it though. If we lose it will be down to the numerous drops and no ball wicket rather than the early declaration.

Yeah, I was thinking that. All you need is a bit more rain to hang around and a massive chunk of tomorrow could be off. Knowing our luck it will be bright sun and plenty of play if Aussies are on top or pissing it down if we’ve got a them a few wickets down !
