Yer, I watched it too, amazing chase. I haven't been paying much attention to the T20 this year, so was somewhat surprised to find out after the game that Middlesex hadn't won all season! That was unexpected from Middlesex. Best T20 I’ve seen for ages, chased 253 down
Bears smashed Worcester. Like watching a different side to the last few weeks
Following the Vitality Blast victory at Trent Bridge last night, Bears have secured a home quarter-final which will be played on Thursday 6 July, 6.30pm.
Opposition will be confirmed following the final round of group fixtures on Sunday night.
Members for the 2023 season will have free access to the quarter-final by using your Membership Card at the gate.
As a Member, you will also have a priority window to purchase any additional tickets before anyone else from 7pm tonight (Saturday 1 July), with adult tickets only £10. Members can log-in to their online account to gain access.
Tickets will then go on general sale from 10am tomorrow (Sunday 2 July).
Lancs have caused a bit of a stir by charging members £10 for the QF despite them losing the Roses game to rain. Still a reduction from the £25 everyone else is paying.
Friday night is bad enough but having Bears play on a Thursday with less than a weeks notice when people will need to book time off for work is crazy. Especially when they aren't playing Saturday or SundayI think Warwickshire are charging £10 for adults and £5 for kids, these games should have been a weekend of cricket not rushed in to suit a rushed ashes series.
Anyone watching the Bears game on TV? What happened there as there looked to be no spike at all on snicko but he got given out
Cheers mate, you could only really see the ultra edge on the screen and they haven’t said it isn’t working so you can imagine how well that’s gone downExactly that. No spike but you can see the glove change shape as the ball passes it and hits it.
Edit: They’ve just confirmed ultra edge isn’t working
