The lack of 100 is because he plays stupid shots when he gets in so should fit in with this England side. Pope is safe in that side until the summer it’s pretty hard to get out of the side as a batsman.

If Pope doesn't find some form England are going to need an extra battter. He'd be better off going with the Lions to SA and Australia.

Think Rew will benefit from the 2 Lions tours. Smith has to keep performing there's a queue of youngsters lining up behind. let's hope Cox goes well and gives the selectors genuine headaches in at least one position.
