if we do go into admin how long can you stay in before you are forced to be liquidate,the council acl say they have done this to stop it but could it be forced upon us with the action that they have taken.I fear for our club pusb.

You can be in administration for 12 months but you can then apply to the courts for an extension. The bigger issue is the practicallity of running a football club while in administration. You can only offer month to month contracts and you can't start 2 seasons in administation so, assuming we go into admin in the next few weeks, in practical terms our deadline would be the end of next season.
