Reece Brown I suspect. Think he did a job for Oldham there so shouldn't be too shabby.
Thorn in the CET today:
"We won't be holding anything back"
"Our supporters haven't had much to cheer about over the last few years so a decent cup run would be a great way to bring some pride back to the club."
“We are aiming to go as far as we can * we want to make some progress and get a few big teams up at the Ricoh. But let's not get ahead of ourselves because Dagenham are a good side and anything less than our best won't be good enough"
Now that's just not true: they are a terrible team and have the lowest budget in the Football League. Getting the excuses in early?
Their fans seem to think they can beat us easily![]()
Haven't heard much positive feedback about Brown so far, anyone think he can step up to the plate?

Or a fairly inncuous phrase, the likes of which Thorn is not alone as a football manager in trotting out as part of a larger interview. Could he have said 'this is a match we really should be winning' instead? Yes, probably. Does what he say (particularly qualified by the phrase which follows it) have any merit in its use? Possibly, yes. I am not fully signed up to the idea that you can highlight phrases within a larger press conference and use it to make generalisations about the manager. They all talk in cliches, judge what you see on the pitch, not a handful of consecutive words (not a direct dig, I know you have been patient with Thorn - just a general observation of the site).
