Weird. Having young boys stay over at your house if they aren't your young sons mates is not right. Just wonder if this is a Saville level thing waiting to happen.

Interesting. Hopefully it is smoke without fire but feel uncomfortable about it.BBC documentary due to air on Monday about it.
The enquiry seems to consider him naive beyond anything else.Interesting. Hopefully it is smoke without fire but feel uncomfortable about it.
It certainly won't be named by anyone going forward will it. It's a shame when it was looked at as a club doing great things for young players for such a long time. The enquiry seems to consider him naive beyond anything else.
One thing's for sure, guess us and others won;t be following the Crewe model over-literally anymore!
doing great things for young players for such a long time.
Not if they were being nonced up no, but for a small club they churned out some decent players. Not that great.
I don't believe people inside these organisations didn't know or suspect. They turned a blind eye more like.Think Church Cubs/Scouts or pretty much any such group's that involves oversight of kids got away with much through ignorance ,misplaced trust, awareness( don't think enough Psychological investigation and information was available)
Without profiling would have been hard to identify the breadth or areas of infiltration ,
Yeah in cases like this, my fault for not being clear Im referring to people's befall perceptionI don't believe people inside these organisations didn't know or suspect. They turned a blind eye more like.
That’s a cracking article. I think it’s always the individual criminal/paedophiles fault and often when looking for others to include in the blame we play a dangerous game. The ‘Turning a blind eye’ comment often means that wives or other family members or close friends are made to feel guilty for things they aren’t responsible for and that’s wrong. Dario Gradi has a lot of questions to answer as does anyone involved in leadership at the clubs who didn’t ask the right questions and investigate allegations and complaints and they should be held accountable for their actions as I have been in church leadership for how ive dealt with allegations and situations that I’ve had to deal with. But it’s the criminal that is ultimately responsible.Andy Woodward: a 1970s murder and the shocking twist to my Barry Bennell story
The footballer tells for the first time how a relative of Barry Bennell cast a grim shadow over his family, years before the paedophile coach began abusing himwww.theguardian.com
Yeah saw him being interviewed the other day and he's totally flipped it round to completely empower himself.Programme called floodlights was just on BBC story about Andy Woodward. Fucking heartbreaking.
