I always tell the wife about the couple of extra inches as well to be fair.
Just googled Juninho Paulista...cracking player at Boro in the 90s, I know you're remember him. Apparently he's 1.65m and Dasilva is 1.7m (wiki).
He’s 5 7 apparently.Well clearly I have - Wise and Strachan were 5 6 I think but they weren’t disadvantaged at all - he is
In the fucking stand!what position would be best for him?
Bet this kid will have fond memories of the great Coventry city supporters.
Always there for you when things are tough.
Excellent against Sheff WedsIs he superb as LWB?? I mean I’m sure I’ll have seen him play there. I don’t remember ever thinking that of him, semi-final withstanding.
Having said that, if he were taller I think he’d be great…but he isn’t, so he’s not.
Haha sorry but at my age anyone under 40 is a kid. Dasilva may not have been a great signing, but was a regular starter last season. He’s hardly a kid and he was an awful signing
Jordan Clarke was 6 foot on wiki
God why are you such a negative responder?!
Multiple other websites have Dasilva at 1.7m and Juninho at 1.65m.
Lighten up a little.
Dasilva is 26 years old and has been coached positionally by lots of different coaches since he made his professional debut 8 years ago.his height wouldn’t be an issue if he is coached positionally on how to avoid getting caught out with balls in behind / over the top
Bidwell has been rubbish this season too.
Not much point doing anything about in January as we have other more pressing concerns, but LB will have to be a priority in the summer.
He also has the turning circle of an oil tanker when we lose possession going forward and the pace of a snail
Tell me, in what year did you last say something mildly positive?
I'm guessing 2003.
God why are you such a negative responder?!

Excellent is over doing it somewhatExcellent against Sheff Weds
Andy Ducros was talented but tiny, possibly in the same height league as Da Silva.Da Silva makes me look like a giant. He must be about 5 foot 4 - he also appears to be shrinking every time I see him
Alan Ball and Nobby Stiles were both 5' 6", two for the boomers.Brian Flynn 5.3 decent career with Leeds and Burnley
One for the teenagers
And look what happened to his 'career' from premier league to obscurityAndy Ducros was talented but tiny, possibly in the same height league as Da Silva.
Willie Carr was a midget, Micky Gynn no giant. There have been loads of successful dwarfs, ask Snow White
And we've ended up with the dopey oneyeah true, but only one of them was actually Happy
