That's sad. I was brought up in my teens during the 60's, to the music of bands like the Hollies, Stones, Beatles, et al, and when I hear of band members passing away and see their ages, it kinda brings it home to me.
(Maybe I should add my own name to the forecasts?)

I agree with you Clint, that cancer is a bastard. I've lost two very close and dear friends to that bastard. One was 45 and the other was just 40. After all these years, only small progress has been made in finding a full-on cure. Surely, there has to be something out there? I pray they find it soon.

Yes used to love his Welsh characters like Shadwell and the DIY bloke married to Gravel. Brilliant at accents and surprised he didn't become more well known. Jeremy Hardy was brilliant on I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, especially his singing.
