Very sad. Wasn’t the music I was into in the 70s but this morning I realise that I know all the words to a couple of his songs. Timeless classics.

I assume they did a bit about him? Someone told me he'd died this morning. I do recall him from the sixties when all my car racing fan mates used to go on about him incessantly. I stuck with speedway and drag racing though...Someone watched Top Gear last night.
