Yes, I think he played with Norman quite a few times. Good partnership.Only got to see him perform once - A few years back at the short lived ' Lunar festival'.
Norman Watts on bass.
A fantastic set.
Not one I'd choose to remember Dan with.
She told us she was going to live forever.I hope she managed to learn how to fly at least.
peace at last.Doddie Weir.
Fucking horrible disease.
RIP. A cure is needed fast. One tragic story after another.Doddie Weir.
Fucking horrible disease.
Oh that's terrible..Just seen this online. Sad news.
The 'Mac' of Fleetwood Mac.Christin McVie of Fleetwood Mac, a great loss.
Technically that was John McVie, her husband. Christine Perfect until she married him.The 'Mac' of Fleetwood Mac.
Can't believe you're having a pop at him for not knowing soonerOh that's terrible..
What not dead yet ?Inaccurate apparently.
All over the internet, Wingy. Loads of reports. Just Google her name. Now really not sure
Inaccurate reports of Stevie Nicks previously.
My favourite of Dr Feelgood's is 'Milk & Alcohol'Such a fab guitarist
I didn't. Couldn't stand what 'Fleetwood Mac' had become. A sad homogenized, Americanized purveyor of middle of the road soft pap. (IMHO of course).Christine Mcvie. That's a choker.
Songbird a proper classic.
Anybody who grew up with vinyl must have owned Rumours.
I didn't like the new reinvented Fleetwood Mac either. Loved the 60's, original incantation of them with Peter Green and Man of the World is such a fab song.I didn't. Couldn't stand what 'Fleetwood Mac' had become. A sad homogenized, Americanized purveyor of middle of the road soft pap. (IMHO of course).
Loved Christine's earlier work when she was a genuine blues artist with the likes of Chicken Shack (whose version of I'd Rather go Blind was just sublime).
Such a shame. Cheers was a great show.Kirstie Alley aged 71
Loved that show.Such a shame. Cheers was a great show.
There's a few about in the celeb world, Otis. John Travolta & Tom Cruise spring to mind. She's not really dead though is she. She's a Scientologist, so if she is on the right rung of the ladder she is going to live for a thousand years plus
Elizabeth Moss too. There's a few about in the celeb world, Otis. John Travolta & Tom Cruise spring to mind.
Yes love Cheers and currently watching all the episodes (alternating episodes with Frasier every night). Coincidentally just got to the point where her character takes over from Diane. Can’t find any recent decent sitcoms so well written as these. Apart from The Detectorists. Her and Rhea Perlman made a great pair of waiting staff. You'd actually enjoy being verbally abused by those two in exchange for a drink.
It was a truly great show all round in fact.
Rest well Kirstie.
They are few and far between for sure.Yes love Cheers and currently watching all the episodes (alternating episodes with Frasier every night).
