What’s the point of those subs? I’d genuinely like to know the logic of it.
Breaks up flow of game and any momentum in dying minutes. Nothing else.

Eccles is never phased. Complimented Sheaf really well. I am amazed with 4 strikers on the bench Godden wasn't taken off earlier - baffling. Also even though Reid may not be considered ready for the first team, he surely would have been an improvement on Dabo. I really like Dabo but he had a mare today. Great to see Clarke-Salter back and great to get a clean sheet without Fadz at the helm.

I really think if it hadn’t been for his injury Eccles would have featured a lot this season.

Good win. Not amazing performance but some good signs. Hamer and sheaf must be our starting midfield duo. And o hare has to start all games cos Shipley Allen Jones not near his level . Gyokres also only striker capable of lone striker role. JCS and sheaf both superb. Dabo had a poor game and I hope Chelsea didn't say don't cup tie maatsen because we may recall him.

Into the 4th round of the cup. Home draw be lowest ranked team please. Let's keep dreaming of Wembley!
Disagree there. Thought Allen was a threat first half and kept working hard throughout. Deserved his start and deserves to keep his place imo

2nd half absolutely dire. Hate the box formation now. Worked in League 1 when we had Liam Walsh. Honestly cant remember us playing well with it once since. No out ball and the front three completely isolated every time we play it.
You didn't watch the games against Huddersfield, Blackpool, Sheffield Utd etc then .

We weren't great with the ball today but we pressed them really well and could have had a couple more goals with better finishing.

It's a good controlled win tbf after not having a competitive game for weeks. Shipley above his pay grade. Allen good again. Dabo had a nightmare. Sheaf excellent all game. But the back three definately gelled together very well. JCS adds the balance and I would not be surprised to see Mc.Fazdean on the bench next game, which would be really unfair on him, while understandable. Wilson again proved he is a great reserve keeper to have. remember we did this without O'Hare and a largely subdued Hamer. Got to be pleased with that as derby came with intent today. bring on Perterborough next week!

Who is your money on?
Hamer i think is most likely, especially with Eccles being back, but suspicious of the timing of O'Hares contract too. Don't think anyone would pay enough for Gyo now, after his barren spell, to make a decent enough return, if the 1 million paid rumour is close to the truth.

Made hard work of that ,though sheaf, jcs, higham very good backed up by rose hamer.think whilst Shipley showed very little and can't see him being in the mix cup apart. But great to see us winning a game.

Ebosele MOTM for me. Will find Dabo in his pocket later.

Will be some player. Can see a load of teams wanting him if Derby go down.

I’d have looked at some sort of two for one offer or two tickets for £30 for example…… Something to have encouraged people to have thought twice about not going today.

You would need a gate of around 11,700 to make the same money?

Robins substitution strategy still baffled me all these years on.

I doubt any of our major players will move unless there’s a substantial bid and that would probably have to be from a Premiership club

For the first time I find myself disagreeing with Oggy. Derby were not the better team. We allowed them to keep the ball and played that way, with Derby toothless up front. Shipley did not prove he can still do it at this level.

Fucking dreadful it looked more like Sunday league football but they were dreadful too special mention goes to Dabo who was spectacularly dreadful
He’s really not been great at times this season…albeit played out of position a bit. Hopefully just a dip in form.
Nice to look forward to being in the draw though. If we get past the next round I’ll start getting excited.

Hamer seems the most obvious one to me too. He would be a big loss.
