Yes but not vat and I read it was about 90kHas it been confirmed that sisu are picking up costs for all parties? With wasps, council and AH that would be quite a bill on top of their own!
STATEMENT: Club can confirm owners appeal of High Court judgement
"we will continue to work with Wasps/ACL et etc" (while trying to sue the **** out of them!)
What I find more noticeable on this statement is the attempt to distance the "owners" and the "football club".
There are plenty more ways to throw good money after bad.If that gets thrown it, can they try anything else or is that it?

I would like to think that is it. But this is SISU you are talking about. If that gets thrown it, can they try anything else or is that it?
I'd have been surprised if they didn't appeal. And I expect them to appeal if this appeal is turned down.Nobody is surprised though are they?
Doing the same thing and expecting a different result.... um that makes sense
Exactly, now put yourselves in Wasp's shoes are you really wanting to do a new deal with SISU. Would you really want SISU as your tenants for years to come, with the constant worry/threat of further legal actions. The real worry is that SISU don't even seem that bothered that the club will be effectively homeless in a matter of months.STATEMENT: Club can confirm owners appeal of High Court judgement

Depends how much they want a stadium naming rights deal and how important it is to their business plan. After all, money talks.
They can do more appeals. And am sure that if they get as far as the High Court and get turned down they can go to the European Court of justiceIf that gets thrown it, can they try anything else or is that it?
No. Just that you think the judge got it wrong. Just like last time when Fisher knew the law better than the judge......Surely to lodge an appeal you need evidence (usually new) that contradicts the outcome rather than 'we just don't agree with it'??
I am sure a 4th division football team with owners whose aspirations are purely for the club to fund itself (4th/3rd division).
Hardly set the world alight when it comes to naming rights.
We should hold naming rights as an ACE card but for that to be the case we needs to at least be in the championship.
Instead we are someone who contributes to probably about 5-10% (guess) of Wasps income and currently are threatening them to the tune of 35 million.
Depends how much you would want a tenant who is abusing the law trying to make you pay 30m more for something you 'own' already.Depends how much they want a stadium naming rights deal and how important it is to their business plan. After all, money talks.
Would you want to put your companies name all over something and pay millions for the pleasure when it is all over the media as maybe being dodgy? So why have they not announced a naming rights deal then? Why does it seem that any deal hinges on CCFC's commitment to the arena?
If CCFC are as big an irrelevance as people like you and Italia say, please tell us all why Wasps haven't managed to secure a deal for naming rights. Despite finishing top of their league. Despite the big name signings.
