So with City posibly on the way to Wembley on the 2 April and Wasps in the Quarter finals in Dublin possibly on the same day.
which do some supporters choose.

Easy choice.

But actually you could probably do both as the Wasps game is likely to be on Saturday & the final of the tin pot trophy is on a Sunday.

further which gets the most interest
Wasps in the european cup final or the sky blues in the tin pot trophy final
I would guess the latter ,which really does show the potential if anybody could really get hold of us

Anybody who calls themselves a Coventry City supporter should be at Wembley.
NOPM or Wasps in Dublin then you are not really committed are you?

Agree with Riyadh. If any Cov fan goes to Dublin to watch a franchised rugby team over our first trip to Wembley in 30 years (and maybe our last ever??) then they need their head sorting.
Agree just I have been talking to a City ST holder who also has a Wasps ST and he has already booked the Dublin trip he is gutted.
So never posted this as a wind up just a thought.
Me Going to Wembley every time.

I guess there's the argument that he had already booked it to Dublin and was probably not expecting us to get to the Semis which is fair enough.

And also, we're not in the final yet...

Major family birthday on that day, its going to be tricky, especially as so many other family members may be going, at this stage if we get there I doubt I will be going - gutted but started the negotiations already.

I love the City, but Dublin was our best ever player.
[/QUOTE]

Now that is thread of its own, Tommy Hutchison for me but loved Dion from his debut against QPR at Loftus Road, two great goals in front of us and I never blamed him for leaving, of course it could have been handled better. Number 3 behind Oggy.
Back on topic though I do think NOPM should think of the club and not the owners should we get to Wembley.

Hey! I'm not a committed fan while SISU own the football club, once they go I'll renew my commitment.

<1 week later>

By year I meant season ;)

Then we didn't win games you mean?

Are you saying I'm a fair-weather fan?

I was a season ticket holder from the late 70's right through to the 00's.

Didn't miss a game through the 80's, missed a fair few in the 90's & 00's not due to footballing reasons.

I'm no fair-weather fan. But it sounds to me like when SISU finally do go, you for one wouldn't be welcomed back.

I wouldn't be welcomed back where?

I said you gave up NOPM because we were winning.

We beat Gillingham 1-0 (first game back at the Ricoh), but I don't remember the other 2 games I went to.

However, your argument is flawed because we were winning a fair few games in the first 5 months of last season under TM, but I stayed away.

I don't practice NOPM, I just don't want to give SISU any money, which I suppose is sort of the same thing, I just don't like being pigeon holed under NOPM.

Welcomed back to the Ricoh as a CCFC fan when SISU are no longer the owners?

Why would I need welcoming?

I'd just do the same as I do now which is get a ticket, walk in the ground and watch the game and then go home. Do some people get greeted there or something and shown to their seat?

You're just twisting words again, like you do regularly.

You are an intelligent man, you know exactly where I was coming from.

I going back to work now, have a lovely afternoon

So why would I need welcoming? I don't know where you are coming from else I wouldn't be asking.

Are you trying to say I somehow wouldn't be welcome if SISU go?
