It is odd to say the least that there is currently so much happiness on this forum with regards to the JR. It seems that some believe that a victory for CCC is also a victory for the fans. Is someone able to explain why this is the case? Why does a SISU defeat suddenly increase their chances of selling onto someone else?
We are no better off that before, yet there is open celebration. We are just another step towards the club not existing and some are happy?
Going bust for SISU also means that the club will die,why do people npt undertsand this?
Both sides needs to make majpr concessions for the club to survive and be a success. Especially if we want someone else to come in and buy the club. The belief that a new owner would agree to whatever ACL demand is deluded to say the least.

Can you show me where I always stick up for SISU?
I think a new owner would negotiate a fair rent with ACL to play at the Ricoh
What is a 'fair rent'?
Without access to all revenue that the clubs help to attract, no one would be interested in such a proposal

It's a strawman argument, the OP. People aren't openly celebrating the likely demise of the club. Some people are happy to see SISU lose, because they think this was a case without foundation, brought with the primary intent to financially distress ACL rather than on any point of principle. I'd probably put myself in that camp.
I'm not celebrating - but I am hopeful that if this part of SISU's strategy fails we might see some movement to a proper negotiation between all of the parties, ideally done whilst CCFC take up a short-term rental for the club. Now that would be grounds for celebration, I'd say.
its all good news !
SISU are now concentrating on building us a new stadium, they are putting the fans first and are looking to build bridges with the council.
Tim said so on the radio today.
Surely that's worth celebrating Sick Boy ?
Again, until both sides make concessions, there is little hope of a short-term rental,IMO.
Why would the well-being of ACL be of any concern to a CCFC fan? They are nothing to do with the club.
I can't see much celebrating.
People do seem quite satisfied though that justice was seemingly done here and that there was no case to answer. All this court case has done has wasted everyone's time and money.

Only a fool would believe to to be true.
It seems that anyone who doesn't support CCC/ACL is seen as supporting SISU. It makes no sense at all.
With such strange attitudes amongst our fans, it's easy to see why they never questioned a hedge fund owning the club and were once proud of the 'hard nosed' business people.

SISU should drop their demands for the freehold, and in exchange should be offered a peppercorn rent. The club should also be given access to 50% off revenue which the club brings into ACL. That includes F&B's, parking, naming rights and general sponsorship.
Both parties, and the fans, need to realise that the sides need each other for both the club and ACL to be a success. This would also make the club more attractive to a potential buyer.
