There are a number of divisions.

Those that go to Sixfields,
Those that don't go to Sixfields
Those that stand on the hill
Those that are boycotting Northampton all together
Those that think the Sixfields goers are weak or scabs, etc
Those that aren't going to Sixfields for logistical reasons or apathy
Those that blame sisu 100%
Those that vocalise the portion of blame on ACL and are called sisu rentboys
Those that believe the club is dead
Those that haven't given up on the club
Those that would go to the Ricoh if the club returned
Those that won't return until sisu's gone
Etc, etc
Those who think NOPM will force the club back to Coventry
Those who think NOPM will not
Those who think NOPM will force sisu to sell
Those who don't

There are many divisions, although 100% of fans would like to see us back.

yes she did read the full interview

Where? The only reference I can see is:

Sisu and its related firm Otium, which now runs the club, says a fair price for the Ricoh and the potential development land around it could be agreed by taking the average of each sides’ surveyors’ valuations, based on potential income.

Sounds like a negotiation to me.

We all agree we want our Club back

This situation needs to be brought to ahead, the FL need to take action and our owners need to listen to its customers.

Direct action: An empty stadium on live TV on 13th Oct, even if only for last 15 mins of game. Lets all be united on the hill.

I think we are at a point as far as the fans are concerned that cracks are starting to develop. They were not apparent really until recently, but it is how it will continue to develop as hope and expectations fade. It isnt about those that go and those that dont there are more fractures than that. It isnt about 90% boycotting Sixfields due to what the owners have done in taking us there, included in the 90% is a large chunk of people for whom the move is inconvenient rather than a conscious boycott for example - you cant describe that as 90% unity of fans it simply isnt. Yes there was a great deal of unity on the march and for the charity event, but people are finding other things to do and that is a form of fracture. The cracks are starting to show and the frustrations in how we as fans relate to each other is some of the evidence of that

Questions off topic

are we in a situation where it is agreed that the Ricoh should be sold let alone on the average of each sides valuations on potential income? Why is that basis of valuation the correct one given a big chunk of value is is tangible or rent roll? Would seem to me to be part of the valuation basis for ACL not the freehold

Are we in a situation that it is up to SISU to make their best offer to acquire whatever it is the want to acquire and then for Council, Charity or ACL to accept if it meets their own valuation? If the CCC/Charity/ACL see a secure financial future without CCFC then will they be inclined to discount anything? Should they discount anything?

If SISU want it what have they offered? has a an offer been made at all?

Oh there is division or split if you want to call it that of fans. Absolutely. But it is a division on blame. It's fair to say that most blame SISU but some blame ACL/CCC. That is where the division is.

To rectify that fans need to be as one in their protest against ALL sides (SISU,ACL/Council) for the situation that has prevailed.
Do that and you have a common cause to unite the fan base that has become fragmented over the issues of who is to blame. Truth is they are all to blame, some more than others perhaps but we can all agree there is blame all round?

So organise your protest together, agree all sides share blame and then let them know that!
The Trust should be leading the way on behalf of all fans regardless of what each of us think is to blame the most and form protest outside the Ricoh Arena on match days in your thousands (the very thousands that would have gone to the game) It's a 90 minute protest.
Don't give one penny more to the Arena either, stay out the Casino, fill up the car parks with your feet. Cause the disruption peacefully and ensure the police will need to attend such public assembly. Now you will get noticed.
Unite the fans in the one belief we all hold dear....bring the Sky Blues back home!

Yeah, I support Coventry City, I couldn't give a shiny shite about ACL, they're just an innocent business in my mind, so you organise that if you want, I'll be protesting to the people who have kidnapped my club and can actually do something about it.

The fans are united. 85-90% is about as united as I've ever seen us. A couple of people at the fringes whinging that their crackpot viewpoint isn't taken seriously isn't division. Ignore the obvious trolls and those who have taken the opposite view to the majority on every issue ever and I'd say you're up to something like 95% of fans in agreement.

Don't let the biased coverage of the likes of Linnell and Reid throw you off, the attendance figures, the poll results and anecdotal evidence from the dozens of City fans I meet says otherwise.

fair enough you are entitled to your view. Just let me ask though. If you want to concentrate on only SISU because as you say "they can do something about it" then please tell me what they can do to satisfy you? Please bear in mind that if you are talking about the Ricoh in your answer then that involves ACL/Council and as I said they are also part responsible for where we are today and for the football club to return they have to have a change of mind too from their current stance.
What I'm suggesting here is that all sides need to be protested to because all sides and not just SISU are responsible. (that's not withstanding the proportion of blame) Without ACL or the councils involvement then SISU can't just do what you ask?
If your answer is for SISU to accept previous 'offers' then let me be clear there have been none to date! Are you really sure your stance should only be directed at SISU?.....

I'm not quite sure your numbers are correct. I have yet to meet anyone who is not scathing about ACL/CCC (except for my old man). But then of course, it hard to ignore the opinions you see expressed on here. I think fans are generally united in their feelings toward SISU, although the strength of those feelings does vary. There is a genuine split when it comes to ACL and how much blame is attributed to them. My personal view is that they have behaved disgracefully throughout the whole saga. In terms of who I blame the most for the situation we find ourselves in, well that is SISU no question.
