Win - You get your full pay for the week
Draw - You get half of your pay for the week (The rest goes towards the club to find new players)
Lose - You get 10% of your full weeks pay (The rest goes towards the club to find new players) - Yes you'd say don't pay them at all but they played and would demand some money at the least...

Only thing you can ever fault him for.

Bring back the minimum page for all footballers is what i say and a decent wage cap too! Then have performance related money too...less money if you don't play well and lose etc etc

Well at least when we had a bonus system based on appearances (like every other club) there was some incentive to the players to try and keep their place. It's why I was against the scrapping of the bonuses.
