Do you think Administration is coming? (1 Viewer)

Sell Juke and then admin?

If SISU sell Juke, can they simply take all the money from the Transfer, place the club into admin and then let Everton talk to our administrator about getting the money back?

Is so makes sense for SISU to do just that....

For the 50 billionth time....

It is not in SISU's interests for CCFC to go into administration as the vast majority of our "debt" is loans to them; they would be waving goodbye to the vast majority of what they claim we owe. It will only happen if they refuse to pay a bill such as HRMC; the Lukas and other sales mean they won't have to dip in their own pockets for a good while. They obviously think they can get someone to take over the loans/debt still

League rules wouldn't allow that apart from being fraudulent. It's a protected debt and comes out first (a bit like the tax man).

Do you think that SISU will take us down, leave at the end of the season putting us in Admin. and we will start Div 1 10 points adrift.

In a word NO...

They are our only major creditors (£30 ish million) They would be the only people to loss out money wise if the club was to go into admin. I'm a firm believer that SISU, or there investors have plenty of money, they just don't want to flash in down the loo, that is CCFC anymore.

I'm expecting a very long slow death with lots more cost cutting next season.

Yes they will end up in administration. SISU wont plough in anymore money and will sell anything now to reclaim there money back ASAP and replace with loans to see us through. It's a bad investment but they brought this on themselfs by not following the business plan.

I think their plan is simple:

Make the club break even, regardless of where we end up playing football.

If someone comes along to invest, or buy out the 'loans', then fine .

If no one comes along, they just sit on the loan, until something happens. In the meantime, the individuals of SISU, who operate within the club, are still paying themselves handsomely.

Simples.

Then they are as simple as that plan. Even if this cost cutting this season gets us to break even tomorrow, when we go down we'll be back to square one and have to cost cut again.

Following that to its logical conclusion: There will come a point where we literally cannot afford to pay 11 players and the club has to be wound up, in the meantime SISU are £50/60/70m in the hole.

The plan is to sell up, the problem is someone coming in with an offer they see as reasonable.

The SISU dream is to have a squad full of academy players on peanut wages and loans payed for majorly by other clubs, then sell off any decent academy players for profit and bring another through.
Little risk for SISU in splashing wages/transfer fee's on players who may flop ala Eastwood.

Who think this would be next seasons team if SISU are in charge?
----------------Dunn/Ireland
Clarke---Christie----------Cameron---Hussey
-----------------Thomas
--------Gael--------------Deegs
-----------------Ruffels
--------ROD---------------Platt

Then they will get rid of:
Eastwood
Mcpake
Wood
Cranie
Keogh
Clingan
Mcsheff
Bell
Juke
Missed anyone?

Then in a years time when Gael/Thomas/Hussey/Clarke are becoming/gaining experience they will be flogged and in comes the next academy bunch. That is the future under SISU.

"Good morning Fellas"
My opinion on sisu, has been well documented on this and other places since shortly after the Takeover, I Didn't trust them at the time, and said so, much to the aggravation of many other Forumites, who insisted "Sisu saved us"???, saved us from WHAT, Exactly! they came into our Club with a misguided, underweight, Business model, with funding totally inadequate to achieve the proclaimed goal of getting the Sky blues, into the premiership again.
we all know now that their financial involvement, has fallen short of what is required to keep a team in the CHAMPIONSHIP let alone the Premiership, we've all witnessed the decimation of our squad since the end of last season, our best players out, replaced by second and third rate loanees, or in most cases not replaced by anyone, some opinions, assert that Sisu Won't, cant, go into administration, because it isn't in their interest, But call it Administration, Liquidation, or a rose by any other name,The lack of any investment this season, and last, Strongly sends a signal that they are ready to Exit CCFC, selling anyone, or anything that isn't nailed down as they beat a dishonorable Retreat, using
Whatever, just legal,Financial loophole they can exploit.
The Tardy Takeover, looks to have faltered, for the time being, and the time has surely passed, for it to save us from relegation.
Sisus involvement in Coventry city football club, will go down as the Darkest Chapter in the clubs History, but can still hear the the words in my head,.....SISU SAVED US..

that team is scary, if we really had to field that team next year league 2 could become a possibility

Nearly all the clubs in League 1 & 2 are making losses. Given SISU's track record what makes you think we would be any different?

I'm afraid SISU have no idea how to run a football club and the result will be us going down and down the leagues. Our only hope is a takeover by someone with real financial backing and acumen. Heaven knows if the GH consortium has it, but clearly SISU do not.
