How many civil servants need to be fired for you to be won over? 250,000?Keir Starmer could possibly be the most right wing PM since Margaret.
Almost warming to the man. Clearly emboldened by his close relationship with the Trump Government.
Feel like its a good decision to abolish NHS England right ? From the outside looking in ive always been told that too much middle management alot of bureaucracy etc ..
Hoping somebody with more knowledge on this can let me know
Mate , in 2012 I was clubbing in playa de las americas and didn't care about shit like thisYeah it’s basically undoing the Lansley reforms from 2012 everyone agreed were a disaster right?
My ex wasn't my ex at that point and was working in the NHS and disaster would be putting it lightly.Yeah it’s basically undoing the Lansley reforms from 2012 everyone agreed were a disaster right?

Not that it matters whatsoever, but I was a student working at Cambridge Waitrose on the weekends in 2012. He used to come into the store quite often and was frequently met with angry shoppers having a pop at him.
They were a disaster.Yeah it’s basically undoing the Lansley reforms from 2012 everyone agreed were a disaster right?
You tell us, you were there! Sounds pretty good to me. Did you get your fingers wet?
Is it? It's just bringing some control back into the department, not changing anything structurally. It was announced in such a strange way, feels a bit on the hoof.Yeah it’s basically undoing the Lansley reforms from 2012 everyone agreed were a disaster right?

It sounds a good idea in theory, but scrapping it and handing it to the village idiots to run doesn't exactly fill me with confidence.About time NHS england got scrapped. If it were a private company they would have been gotten rid of years ago.
You mean like Thames Water?About time NHS england got scrapped. If it were a private company they would have been gotten rid of years ago.

It's not even the kind of decision you'd expect a Labour government to make!
It's certainly going to be interesting to see it take shape, it definitely needed reform, so I'll be watching it take place and I hope for all our sakes that it works out well.
What exactly does defending British values mean?
I want competent politicians, is that to much to ask?If you don’t want politicians accountable for public services I’m not sure what you do want them to do.
Or not stabbing our children to death.Telling brown people to piss off back where they came from.
Jesus fucking wept, have you any fucking idea how fucking offensive that is to the millions of non white British people who are proud to be British, and are a credit to this country, or all the non white service men and women who work in our armed services, hospitals, schools etc etc.
I want competent politicians, is that too much to ask?
Thank you, that's very magnanimous of you.Not at all. Feel free to vote for those you deem most competent and stand if no one meets your bar.
It'll be interesting to see if there is any legislation that makes the SOS responsible for the provision of the health service (rather than facilitating it). Also wonder what will happen to the local commissioning entities (integrated care boards), they are established by NHSE.If you don’t want politicians accountable for public services I’m not sure what you do want them to do.

It’s bollocks.This tickled me
