Wish people would work out that the best way to marginalise the SNP is vote Labour. Sure, not immediately, but get a Labour UK government and half the point of the SNP vanishes.
As an aside, local authorities are gearing up to deal with the government's white paper on levelling up, that's along imminently. How that goes could define what happens going forward.
Undoubtedly there’s a Brexit cult who will hold onto it regardless. There’s also the issue for Boris that a lot of that cult are literally dying out whereas the younger generation many of who will be voting for the first time at the next GE didn’t have a vote in the referendum, didn’t have a vote in 2019 see brexit and Boris for exactly what they are. Even with a brexit cult remaining there’s another dynamic shift in registered voters that doesn’t weigh in the Tories favour.There are a fair few who are wedded to it whatever the best thing socially and economically, when looked at objectively.
