The bit he is going to privatise the NHS without any approved policy and any consent in parliament - he is just DOING IT
Where did I write that?

Point is it's what he'd plan for if he was in power and there is already substantial support among Tory factions for doing the same - small state, private enterprise is always better. Plus as leader he basically tells people what to do via the whips. Toe the party line or get out. If you look at voting records either the entire Tory party is full of heartless idiots or they vote depending on what they get told to.

if he became leader the chance of privatisation of the NHS would be much, much closer.

So what has he ever done has health secretary compared to Wes Streeting and his proposal

Someone on here said they couldn't see their mother before she passed and you're laughing about it.

Give your head a wobble for fuck sake.

I am not laughing at it and I am not rather shamefully like you trying to score internet points about it either

It's a very scary world we live in where Jeremy Hunt looks a fine PM candidate, but that's what happened in the last leadership election, and is what happens now!

Hunt is OK. Just a bit dull. Him and Starmer in PMQ would be like Watford vs Wimbledon in the 80's

Jeremy hunt the best of those but he handled the junior dr stuff so badly
Absolutely but even in the last leadership contest, Rory Stewart aside, he was by far the next best candidate. Again, not saying much given how low the bar is. When you consider how much the Tory party has been dumbed down since then when it comes to what’s best for the country he’s not even the clear choice he’s the only choice. Given the alternative’s.

But I thought we had to leave the dastardly EU to cut VAT on energy bills?

This can't be right!

People should do their research on that and see how much they were duped. It was the Tories who made us pay VAT on energy bills in 1994 IIRC and they wanted us to pay 15% at the time in line with standard VAT but for a rebellion on their back benches. Problem is once the genie was out the bottle you couldn’t put it back in so had the Tories not introduced it we would never have paid it. If you doubt that research the so called tampon tax. We always taxed them even before we joined the EU, Ireland never did so despite joining the EU at the same time as us were never tied into charging VAT on tampons and still don’t to this day. Same with VAT on fish and chips, that was Maggie. Then there’s the added irony that leave voting Tories voted down scrapping VAT when remain Labour proposed it. Honest Boz.

God I hate people like this.

People like this just want the poor to suffer and won't be happy until they're getting scraps out of bins

Fuck sandy the snidey c**t, and all the other tory wanks like him/her who are revelling in the misery of this cost of living crisis.
Go on, do a laughing emoji in solidarity.

he’s Not representative of anything.

Starmer thinks a net £350 above what’s being offered “will go a long way to solving the living crises” that’s £1 a day. So does that mean you get a pudding as well?

I'm not sure what Starmer has to do with the absolute deluge of wankers telling people who are struggling how they can survive on.pasta or by getting rid of family pets.
And Sandy is very much representative of tory thinking.
