Needs someone to call Johnson a twat however.I know Boris is a clown, but I'm just watching that Angela Rayner on TV, and there is just something about her that I dislike, Not sure how much of a benchmark I am, but I'm really not sure I'd be putting her in front of the cameras so often, as I'm (partly) convinced that she won't help swing votes the Labour party's way. As I say, may just be me!
Wonder why people can’t see the competency of Yvette cooper
Just a question? A strong confident woman often hackles people. Is it just misogyny?

Can you unpack why?Got to be honest I cringe at Rayner as well.

like Priti Patel?
Someone who’s introducing policies that would have kept her own parents out of the country with such glee. Think it’s pretty obvious why she’s disliked.like Priti Patel?
Could be and could also be race with her. Could also be the fact that she enacts policies that one may find abhorrentlike Priti Patel?
I have to say i don’t see male female I see person but I am aware of other prejudices I bring to these discussions or lazy generalisationsCould be and could also be race with her. Could also be the fact that she enacts policies that one may find abhorrent
She is neither strong nor confident. Just a vile, hateful person.
He's a wankerGot a lot of time for Stewart. Would probably disagree with a lot of how he'd want to do things but you feel he's genuine and someone you could work with
He's a wanker
He’s a really weird oddball
Yep that’s rightIndeed: an intelligent, compassionate Tory.

Bit harsh on Angela

She shines in the current climateShe was sooo uninspiring in her leadership bid. Very managerial and very stuck in New Labour ways of thinking. Got very frustrated with her answer for low paid workers being “train for a high tech job” as if no one will ever be needed to clean toilets and sweep streets and we can all be web developers.
New Labours big mistake for me was thinking we could make the entire country Uni grads with uni grad wages instead of what they did which is devalue education and flood the market with worthless grads being overqualified for the same jobs.

Did you vote for Corbyn and starmer?
Yep. With Smith in between cos even though he was awful the damage Corbyn was doing was clear by then.
To be honest, Burnham aside, it’s been slim pickings for Labour leaders. And even he was far less impressive before he went off to become mayor.
She shines in the current climate
She is someone that is quite abrasive. Someone you definitely only want to deal with in small doses as it'd get tiresome. Doesn't necessarily come off as being professional all the time and no doubt some would be put off by the accent. I do quite like that fire in her belly though.I know Boris is a clown, but I'm just watching that Angela Rayner on TV, and there is just something about her that I dislike, Not sure how much of a benchmark I am, but I'm really not sure I'd be putting her in front of the cameras so often, as I'm (partly) convinced that she won't help swing votes the Labour party's way. We’re blaming what David Blunkett said in 2004 now.
