No but good try in fact the only politician I can recall him praising for years is Jeremy Corbyn but hey ho
Maybe not praise, but he's actually not wrong in much of that.

No. I didn't include them because they are a joke. Have you seen their front pages? But the Daily Star's OK?
More accurate than the Express is half the time.
tbf, the pigeon ended up on the BBC news bulletins, and the owner was a special guest on the radio! Obviously didn't get to the Guardian, as 'pigeon found' is too positive for it
That maybe, but they are still a joke. Anyway, you may wish to treat them as a newspaper, but I do not. I am within my rights to dismiss them as such.tbf, the pigeon ended up on the BBC news bulletins, and the owner was a special guest on the radio!
It's their approach though isn't it.Tell a lie, a positive Guardian news story, to add to the wealth of them.
Sweet home Alabama: errant Gateshead pigeon takes diversion to US
Bob set off for north-east England from Channel Islands three weeks ago, and has been found about 4,000 miles awaywww.theguardian.com
The Tories really should be at about 20% right now. They have made such a pig's ear of things under Johnson's leadership.Anyway, as we all love an outlier poll
Harsh on the Guardian! It's their approach though isn't it.
Cartoonesque and ridiculous headlines.
I cannot take them seriously for a second.
As in never having anything positive to say as a paper, yeah.
The Times editorial is right leaning but the opinion and columnists usually offer a pretty balanced view taken as a whole
I discount the Telegraph and Express as just pure delusional
Seems to be gaining traction. The story has already changed from he registered the meeting to he thinks he registered it. The BBC has it on their website now also pointing out that he broke the rules meeting him without his security detail and how Johnson also personally overruled the security services assessment that it was a security risk to put his son in the lords to put his son in the lords. Nothing we didn’t know already but it’s being elevated all of a sudden and details are being added all the time.I wonder if this Lebedev stuff will gain more traction.
It should do, it's fucking atrocious behaviour. We all knew it happened, but he finally admitted it.
The point being made today that when a politician has to resign in disgrace the event is normally known by said politicians name, such as the Profumo affair. They can’t do that with Boris because it doesn’t narrow it down so you have to refer to the event not the person. Another first in politics.I think it's easier to list all the occasions when Boris HASN'T exhibited atrocious behaviour to be honest.
It's not a 'good try'. He thinks modern Tories are too far left.

I wish they started somewhere basic like the truth.Do newspapers have an obligation to be positive?
Can you show me some examples of that?

Was always going to happen. It was obviously a work event, food and debrief and discussing the plan for the next day, after a long day campaigningStarmer cleared.
It would cover a multitude of sins.We can just refer to all future scandals as “doing a Boris”
Starmer cleared.
Does it still make you a criminal if you commit an offence but are never caught?I've never had a speeding ticket so I guess not
We can just refer to all future scandals as “doing a Boris”
