Views on this? School refuses access to Ofsted:

All for it personally.

Fair play to her for taking a stand. Just hope the governors back her and not hang her out to dry.
For me one of the most damaging things to the profession is headteachers going and doing bespoke work for HMI/OFSTED and undermining their own peers. The headteacher community needs to stand united on this to force any meaningful change.

It's one where it needs plenty of others to do the same. If one school doesn't allow an inspection it's a problem for the school, if a lot of schools don't allow inspections it's a problem for the inspectors.

The nhs rise hasn’t been accepted yet and it isn’t certain it will be, 5 % is poor and it’s strange the unions are backing it.

If I had to hazard a guess I’d say the RCN is just playing it safe because it’s never been on strike before and are worried about sustaining the action.

They might be but they are not listening to their members, my wife is in unison and she will doesn’t want to accept it and a lot of her friends are the same.

I would then probably suggest the union leadership is in unfamiliar territory and has taken the first offer on the table. Nurses deserve more than 5% in any case.

Boris’ dressed up dossier doesn’t seem to hold much water. Being pulled to pieces, even Daily Mail journalists are joining in. Tomorrow is going to be an interesting day for old Boris Lad.

Is this his tax payers paid dossier the man is a fucking grifter.

I hope they rip him to shreds tomorrow and end his miserable career.

You would like to think that there will be no way back for Boris after today but as so many Tory MP’s are still willing to debase themselves in his honour they’ll always be a chance

Looks like the advisors who Boris threw under the bus by saying that they advised him that the rules were followed at all times have returned the favour and denied that they advised him that.

Well Fernanda. You can’t talk about about the economic disaster that the Tories are presiding over without acknowledging the causes and the part Boris above all else contributed to delivering one specific cause. Today should cast a light no one can deny on how completely dishonest Boris Johnson is, it should be a time of reflection for the people who share his ideology and enabled him.

Don’t get touchy with me Fernanda. It’s his pattern of behaviour that’s under scrutiny not the parties per se. He’s thoroughly dishonest and anything he says or has said should be questioned, regardless of whether you aligned yourself with him or not. I know that’s uncomfortable for you but the reality is you’re going to have to deal with that at some point.

Don't agree with the last point, he still wields plenty of influence in his party as a whole.
And he wants to become leader and ultimately PM again. If you let him off with impunity, like what's happened his whole life, he will end up back over promoted and running the country again with his merry band of inept sycophants.

You didn’t need to Fernanda. You just enabled them and specifically Boris with your flawed ideology. You did more to ensure Boris became PM than I ever did. #youknowwhatyouvotedfor

You voted for UKIP - Tony seriously stop making a fool of yourself
