I disagree with May on probably virtually everything, but I thought she genuinely did her best in the national interest as she saw it. You can tell she takes her job seriously.

Ps as poor as May was (to be fair she was in a pretty impossible position on Brexit but then I lack sympathy after she truly fucked up her manifesto/election campaign), she at least still does her duty as an MP, unlike many others when they leave office.

Agree with both of you. She's also the last defeated Prime Minister since... Callaghan? to hang around and seek re-election as an MP, the term after their defeat in the country.
