I can't believe they've held onto that many seats if I'm honest, quite the worst government in my lifetime, capable of the most divisive, nasty policy decisions, actual lives lot due to them and their austerity, it's safe to say I loathe them.
Goes to show just how terrible they have to be for people to give someone else a go

SNP is biggest surprise for me. Thought they'd lose a lot of seats for the scandals but the independence think would keep them pretty strong. Now won't even have the most seats in Scotland by the looks of it!
Swinnie has been busy blaming the postal vote for a while now, he probably knows it’s grim

As much as it pains me to say, I’m glad that the Tories still have a chunk of seats (probably 20-30 too many for an ideal!) as any further regression would have emboldened Reform more than they feel currently.

aye, Labour have won if the poll is correct most of the seats they can win. if the tories had lost more they were likely reform gains

People do realise that Starmer and his cronies will only really have the same amount of governmental revenues to spend as the outgoing fools. When push comes to shove apart from a bit of ‘culture of envy ‘ spite ….that never actually reaches the properly wealthy people then there won’t be that much discernible change ?!

They just said the exit poll in Scotland is maybe less accurate. Hope not

This result has been set for a year or more really, they country must be really stuffed, I'm not sure Rishi didn't call it knowing full well he'd be stabbed by the nutter's, they really should have handed it over years back AFAIK!!

Have you seen what the Tories are polling?

They are despised by the vast majority of the population. Their base is dying off.

It will take an absolutely monumental fuck up by Labour (partygate-esque) for the tories to get back in and I just don't see that happening because they are sensible, competent people.
Bearing in mind Reform are projected to hit 13 seats, the ‘right wing’ vote is not too far behind the Labour vote.

A majority of this proportion should see Labour in government for 10 years but if they’re complacent, they too could be overturned at the next election.

The tories winning 131 seats on polling leading up to today, can be considered a ‘decent’ result for them. 😂
