because he's fucking dense

You are one of the thickest posters on this forum. Do you have any self awareness at all?

You haven't left the UK in twenty years and speak no foreign languages, yet claim to be superior whilst you sit in the pub all day, wetting yourself, inbetween asking strangers for a last suck on their cigarette.

Give me a break.

Unless they are shown for the frauds they are
True, but reform are going to come under the scrutiny of a party in parliament for the first time. They’ve never come under that scrutiny before unlike the established parties. People understand what frauds the established party are and that already reflects on their vote share. Reform are in new territory. The other thing that’s become blatantly apparent during the campaign as well is just how thin skinned Ferage is in his response to the scrutiny Reform now rightly comes under. He hasn’t took responsibility for it, it’s the BBC’s fault, it’s C4’s fault, it’s the fault of the vetting company that isn’t actually a vetting company, sack the building manager for allowing a prank to be pulled on me. I hope he does end up in parliament and gets proper scrutiny.

Why is everyone shitting themselves about Reform?

Because almost all of their manifesto - sorry, contract with the people - is vacuous nonsense designed to solely play on the emotion of fear. Farage effectively admitted as much when being quizzed on it. From a social perspective they show themselves to be intolerant, from an economic perspective they are aiming for tiny-state rather than the Tories’ small-state and that doesn’t sit right with me.

At what point do you think anyone voted on the credibility of their manifesto?

Honestly, surely you are not that naive.

If you don't think there's a difference between the parties, or they're all frauds then why are you on here seemingly cheerleading for Reform?

The people who voted for Brexit didn't really have a clue what they were voting for; they either bought a grand lie, or wanted to give "the establishment" a poke in the eye, or didn't like immigrants.

The same sort of people are voting for Reform for the same 'reasons', with a bit of racism added into the mix. It's not something to celebrate, imho.

Very weird. I’ve just had a cursory scroll through Twitter. Over the last 7 days I’ve had probably 40-50% of my timeline being some form of endorsement for Reform. Now the polls have closed, that’s dropped to >5%. Make of that what you will.
