And secondly the changes are minor tweaks.

Starmer should leave the car industry to it and focus on providing net zero public transport. Why we've still got diesel trains running all over the country 140 years after the first electrified railway god only knows.
The cars are going to be for the rich and business providers anyway,get on with it,mass transit and don't dare equate trip on one person in a car to be competitive.

I've always been deeply suspicious of anything attached to a massive propaganda campaign, I ask myself who is paying for it and who ultimately benefits. The focus seems to be on restricting social media for minors, that is what the main writer Jack Thorne has said and Australia has already legislated in that area. I have read it. It's a complete joke. It was the weakest form of investigation in the first place, but they don't even have the balls to go through with it, and have instead opted for 'local authorities', which was more or less the criticism in the first place.
