Simple as the title says, stupid decision that he cant go back on this time
Oh come on, have you seen the results since February? there is a lot invested in the club by both the fans and the owner(s). Time to draw a line under a great period under Robins. He’s been a totally committed manager.

That’s definitely gonna help the team 👍
Who's having a go at the team? I'm not and I never do, not like the morons who boo at half time and the end of every game. Doug King is different. He's a c**t.

It was starting to turn around 2 wins in our last 3, 7 goals scored all we needed was to sort out the leaky defence

King is a disgrace. Since he’s come in we’ve gone backwards after the playoff final. Yes he has put money into the squad and training ground, but that’s only reinvestment from sold players, players who Robins developed. All of our success has focussed on Robins, since King has added coaching staff and had a decision in recruitment we’ve not done as well.

Doug King is a businessman, not a football man. Hence why we've gone downhill fast since he's starting fucking with the club. He can fuck off. I don't want to hear that fucking annoying "woke up this morning" song ever again. I hope we make our feelings clear at Sunderland on Saturday. I certainly will be.

I've given him the benefit of the doubt up until now, sang his song. That's over, as bad as the performances have been, we know we still had MR in charge.

I think it will get very toxic, very quickly if things carry on the way it is and DK has no safety net now.

Did King sign Gyokeres and Hamer? No

Did he develop them? No

Is he reaping the rewards of what was already set? Yes

Whilst he’s done good things such as invest in infrastructure and give us money back to reinvest it wasnt on Robins who we signed yes he got to say yeah or no but he lost all control on dealings, also King walked in on a goldmine with Vik and Gus

I wonder if he’ll still be seen as a positive owner when he sells us to Mike Ashley.

Don’t claim to be an ITK, but I do know he’s still waiting in the wings.

The investment in the stadium improvements wasn’t done just to be helpful.

Don't forget the flower beds at Ryton. Beautiful. The most beautiful in the Championship.

As mentioned though. There is only so long you can punch above your weight both in terms of transfers and league position.

There are so many examples of clubs trying to do it, under SISU we would have regressed very quickly again even with Robins.

And where iscthe evidence this new structure will ensure the club goes forward?
Especially when everyone else appears to be doing similar.

I have no issue with the new structure, I have issues with the way it has been introduced.

Reminds me of when Souness went to Liverpool. No one disputed their backroom needed modernising but he tried to overhaul it all at once from day one and they ended up going massively backwards.

I don't disagree with that. You can't guarantee success, but hopefully by having a better structure behind the team you aren't reliant on one man (Robins) to oversee success. But you end further behind if you don't adapt.

Yet another poor decision, made in haste, without proper understanding or grasp of the situation. Handled in a cold, heartless manner that removes dignity from a true servant to OUR club.

Yes he's a businessman, but doesn't mean he needs to act like some sort of dictator. have a little class and compassion.

Based on his record of footballing decision making...I'm going to guess he doesn't know the next step, will be advised poorly and will not make steps to improve.

I hope I'm wrong, I really do.
