It’s simply the second batting team must exceed the first teams score
If scores are tied after a super over the team that hit the most boundaries during the initial 50 over match wins.
Will we see the first ever admission that you were wrong?
If super over scores tied they count back the number of boundaries in each innings of actual match .....England had more

Argument is just as difficult for the 2nd over bowler going in coldWell that was as close as you could possibly get.
It was unfair in a way because England had the advantage of a batsman who was already in.
The most logical thing would be to decide a tie on wickets lost.
