For the record i like Doug and stuck up for him when he first came and everyone was slagging him off. He’s got this one wrong and that’s my opinion.
When was everyone slagging Doug off, I can’t remember that, I thought a good 95% were ecstatic to finally see the back of SISU.
He appeared from nowhere and we didn’t really know anything about him so unsurprisingly ‘eyebrows were raised‘ 🤔 but struggling to remember everyone slagging him off.

Ha, you think I'm thin skinned but accuse this whole forum of being 'Woke' because someone chose to bite back at your relentless negativity 👍
I was one of the very few on this forum backing Doug when he was making changes about the club earlier on. If I see something i think is wrong I’ll say it, rather than others who like to go along with the crowd. I don’t care if people like my opinion or not ill say it how I see it.

You might see what I say as negative but it’s the opposite, I see our fan base generally as passive. To see fans saying we should sell Ohare and being happy at buying players for next season when we’re right in the mix of the play offs for me is treason. Until our fans start thinking like hungry winners we will never be it.

The point is that you are clueless as to what attempts there were to get players in during the window which totally invalidates your argument

Genuinely think we’re out the race now due to a lack of depth it’s a long season
We're out of the race yet in 6th and starting to build a gap between us and the sides below us?

Would you like to list the teams below us that have a better squad or team?

It's a long, hard season for all. It isn't just us. All sides would struggle with injuries to certain players. Our season isn't over just because of what MIGHT happen. Yes players are getting tired. That's also the case for all the other sides.

There was a phase when lots of posters on here were highly critical / Sceptical of Doug.

For some he was just a new front man but SISU still secretly owned the club, others thought he was a secret partner of Fraser Group, etc etc

There was the odd dissenting voice in the summer too …. Season ticket increases, corporate box increases, not giving Hamer what he wanted ( even though he had told people like Dawkins he wanted to stay 😂 … we now know the truth of that )

most recently some fans didn’t like him enjoying his name being sung, or travelling back on the train with fans …..

HOWEVER the vast majority of fans, those that judge someone for whether they do what they say they will do, whether the club is moving g forward at the right pace etc etc … those fans are truly grateful we have Doug and not Joy.

I’d say at least 75% were either saying he’s a sisu puppet or had lost the support of the fanbase due to the executive box and kids season ticket drama. They also said he took too long to sell vic and wouldn’t give Hamer what he wanted. I backed him on every one of those decisions but the people who argued against me are now saying as I’m critical of a decision to buy a player for next year I have an agenda against Doug😂😂😂😂

People hey, don’t you just love them.

If it’s throwing in academy players or taking free agents to cover fitness issues I know which I’d prefer.
I’d rather take one or 2 loans players of better quality. We needed to own the vast majority of our players as we never want a squad turnover like last season it killed us. I think though you can have up to 3 loan players in a squad. Can you still loan players even though the window has closed?

Thanks for sharing your lack of knowledge yet again.

I didn’t say you were thin skinned, you said that’s but I suppose you are the best judge of yourself. If you don’t like what I’ve got to say stop responding. I’m not going anywhere so you better get used to it.

Pboro fans seems to really rate this kid, so looks like a good transfer, but shame about the loan back.
With the cost being just under 3 Sakamotos, it seems like a good price too.

I said I would like up to 3 as more than that is too much in my opinion.

You are a liar, completely let yourself down there. Knowing you were doing it but just trying your hardest to make someone look bad. Shown true colours.

At least everyone can see you're not worth replying to Boosh.

That’s why you don’t manage a successful football team
Youngsters in certain positions don’t heavily affect the team. Wide forwards are one of those positions.
Centre mid isn’t
I’m with bsb would much prefer Andrews coming on than an unfit fosu for 10-15 minutes
