Glad the lad's signed but not having any new bodies in the building immediately means we're relying very heavily on players playing lots of minutes and not getting injured.

In one game we looked ordinary , let’s not exaggerate. Torp is going to be a great signing and Eccles will compliment him well enough till Sheaf is fit .
You can’t risk a long term plan every time you have a chance of the playoffs , that model just isn’t sustainable.
And aside from MvE and O’Hare I don’t see who else Premier league clubs would look at currently
We have a plan and we just have to stick to it. Making rash decisions in the transfer market can lead to expensive mistakes.

At least with this signing because there’s a loan-back agreement we know he’s a player we really want.

I always go back to Brentford . The season they lost in the playoff final they lost Watkins and Benrama , they continued their model/plan and got promoted the following season

We’ve still got a very decent squad
Yeah, it's decent enough. But to play at a play-off level we're going to need the first teamers playing the vast majority of the time. The squad is fine for the odd appearance or off the bench but they're not quite the same quality.

He is going to be absolute hot property in the summer and we’ve got in now to secure him. Ideally he would be with us now but we are a progressive club thinking long term.
Would he be able to play in the play-offs ?

Yet before we signed Torp and Mason-Clarke we were flying , we really aren’t in that bad of a place

Seems a bit of a weird one from Peterborough, are they skint? Would have thought they’d have got a bigger fee in the summer.

Few of their fans seem to think so. Did well or the Toney transfer but potentially messed up with JCH. Teams wanted to pay silly money for him a couple years ago but we’re holding out for more. Can’t even get in the team now.

Just watched some Posh highlights and the lad looks like he moves in 2x speed compared to everyone else. Sensational.

So many upset Peterborough fans means this must be a good thing. Every single comment pretty much suggests he's a very special talent.
