I’ve been really impressed with how often he retains possession for us. He never gives the ball away.
Someone should write a song about this…
Under Robins the side was really struggling to retain possession.

he looked so lost under Robins - look back at some of the threads
What a turnaround
The threads about him on here early in the season were pathetic, and some of us tried in vain to say so. For anyone watching properly, you could see he was a very good player finding his feet for a new club at a higher level. But people rubbished him for a few minor understandable mistakes. As Otis has said elsewhere, there's hardly a player in the squad who hasn't had the same treatment, and I doubt it will change 🤷‍♂️

There was also a piece of magic when he was fouled by not one but two Sunderland players. No whistle so he just jumped up took the ball off them and carried on like nothing had happened.

If it's the one you're thinking of in the 2nd half he took the ball between his knees and bunny hopped free then turned and (if I remember correctly) passed it back to Kitch.

Edit, it was just after 83rd min and he passed it to DaSilva who passed inside to Kitch.
